Problem
Wallpaper Engine is configured to start at system boot, and its icon is shown on the taskbar after boot. However, it fails to load wallpaper automatically.
Cause
It is caused by the settings of Wallpaper Engine.
Solution
In Wallpaper Engine, go to Settings > General > Windows, and set Monitor identification to GDI, as shown below:
