    Unable to connect the computer to external devices using MateDock

    To resolve this, perform the following:

    1. Check whether your external devices are working properly. To do this, use MateDock to connect them to other computers. If the issue persists, this issue may be caused because the MateDock is faulty.

    2. Disconnect the computer from the charger, shut down and power on your computer, and connect your external devices again using MateDock to check whether this issue still exists.

    3. If the issue persists, visit the official Honor website (https://www.honor.com/global/support/), click Support, enter your computer model, and download the latest version of BIOS firmware.

    4. If the above method is invalid after operation, please back up the data, take the purchase certificate with you, take the computer and the docking station to the nearby Honor customer service center for detection.
