Problem:
When the user is playing games on the computer, they cannot use function keys.
Cause:
The hotkey feature is enabled.
Solution:
Press Fn to enable the function key feature.
Alternatively, open PC Manager and perform operations enable Function key.
To do this, open PC Manager, click the settings icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.
Click System settings.
Check Function key priority.
