If you are unable to write or draw, follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue:
- Check if the stylus has powered off due to low battery. We recommend that you attach the stylus to the tablet or charger for 5 to 10 minutes to charge it, and then connect it to the tablet via the pop-up dialog box.
- Turn off the tablet\'s Bluetooth and then turn it back on.
- Unpair the stylus from the tablet and then pair them again.
Operation: On the tablet, go to Settings > Bluetooth, select the paired stylus, click the settings icon on the right, and then tap Unpair at the bottom. Reattach the stylus to the tablet and pair it with the tablet via the pop-up dialog box.
If the issue persists, we recommend that you back up data and take your device and proof of purchase to an Honor Authorized Service Center for assistance.
