Symptom:
When the battery runs out and the phone is powered off, 0% battery is displayed on the screen upon power-on after being charged
Cause:
While the phone was in the state of high current discharging before last shutdown, the battery was still discharging rapidly when the phone prompts that only 2% battery is left and the phone is about to be shut down, causing the battery level to continue to decline. This is not a product fault. Please use the phone as usual.
