Problem:
Birthday information about contacts on the phone cannot be synchronized to Calendar, and no reminder is sent for the birthday.
Cause:
The Calendar permission is disabled for your contacts, resulting in birthday information not being synchronized.
Solution:
- Allow the Calendar permission for Contacts.
- Open Settings, search for and access Apps, go to
> , and enable Calendar.
- Open Settings, search for and access Apps, go to
- Import all Contacts data again.
Open Contacts, go to
> Settings > Import/Export, and select Export to storage. After the export is finished, select Import from storage to import the vCard files from the phone storage to Contacts.
