AUGUST SALE CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

This August Sale Campaign (“Campaign”) will run from 1st August 2026 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 31st August 2026 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (“Campaign Period”). Honor Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 202101003804) (1404103-P) (“HONOR”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Campaign Mechanism

1.Eligibility

To participate in this Campaign, the customer(s) (“Customer(s)”) must be:
(i) individual(s) residing in Malaysia; and
(ii) eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 1st August 2026

2. Events

This Campaign consists of the following Five (5) events:

(a) Subscribe & Get RM 10 Voucher

(i) Under this Subscribe & Get RM 10 Voucher event, Customer(s) will get an exclusive voucher by subscribing to HONOR’s newsletter via Email Channel or WhatsApp Channel on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App from 1st August 2026 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 31st August 2026 11:59 PM (GMT +8), as follows:

(ii) One (1) RM10 Voucher will be sent to the email address or WhatsApp account after the successful subscription.

(iii) Only one (1) RM10 Voucher can be used in the same transaction (i.e., for all the items in the same transaction).

(iv) The RM10 Voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of value.

(v) The RM10 Voucher is only valid for purchases made on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) or My HONOR App from 1st August 2026 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 31st August 2026 11:59 PM (GMT +8). The RM10 Voucher must be redeemed by 31st August 2026 11:59 PM (GMT +8). Please note that any RM 10 Voucher not redeemed by the aforementioned expiry date will be expired automatically.

(vi) This Subscribe & Get RM10 Voucher event is valid for purchases made on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App.

(b) HONOR Member Day

(i) The HONOR Member Day will run from 1st August 2026 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 1st August 2026 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (“HONOR Member Day Period”).

(ii) During the HONOR Member Day Period, Customer(s) can get extra discount when they participate in designated activities in accordance with the manners set out herein. The details are as follows:

(a) (a) Commencing from 1st August 2026 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 1st August 2026 11:59 PM (GMT +8), Customer(s) can get 8% off voucher code to use on honor.com/my/ and My HONOR App for designated HONOR products(a) (except warranty products). Please note that the voucher is only valid from 1st August 2026 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 1st August 2026 11:59 PM (GMT +8), and any 8% Off Voucher not redeemed by the aforementioned expiry date will be expired automatically. Each order is eligible for the use of one (1) voucher only. Vouchers are not stackable and cannot be combined with any other voucher, coupon in a single transaction.

(b) Customer(s) who purchase the HONOR Products (except warranty products) during the HONOR Member Day period, can use HONOR Points to deduct order amount. Points can be redeemed at 2 times the standard value (i.e., 100 HONOR Points=RM2) when purchasing designated HONOR Products(b) as follow, the total amount deductible using HONOR points shall not exceed 10% of the total value of the order.
As an illustration: For an order totaling RM4,599, the maximum deductible amount is 10%, i.e. calculated as RM4,599 × 10% = RM459.9. To redeem this amount, the Customer will have to utilize 22,995 HONOR Points (based on the rate of 100 HONOR Points=RM2).

(c) Customer(s) can participate in the Cash and Points Activity during HONOR Member Day. During the activity, Customer(s) must login to their registered HONOR account. o purchase eligible products, Customer(s) must use a specified amount of HONOR Points to deduct a portion of the product price and pay the remaining balance in cash. To purchase following eligible products, Customer(s) must use a specified amount of HONOR Points to deduct a portion of the product price and pay the remaining balance in cash.

(iii) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App for any latest changes made to the terms which may be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(c) Merdeka Special Sales

(i) The HONOR products listed below are available for purchase on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App during this Merdeka Special Sales (“Merdeka Special Sales Product(s)”). Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the Merdeka Special Sales price (“Merdeka Special Sales Price”) for purchasing the Merdeka Special Sales Product(s) and receive one (1) unit of the following corresponding free gifts from 1st August 2026 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 31st August 2026 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (“Merdeka Special Sales Period”):

(ii) The Merdeka Special Sales Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Limited quantities are available.

(iii) Each unit of Merdeka Special Sales Product(s) purchased during the Merdeka Special Sales is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(iv) All free gifts provided under this Merdeka Special Sales are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash or any other items.

(v) HONOR reserves the right to substitute the corresponding free gifts with another item of similar value in the event of unavailability.

(vi) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Merdeka Special Sales Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in HONOR’s Warranty Policy. In addition to the standard warranty, HONOR product(s) purchased during this Merdeka Special Sales Period which is entitled to Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the Merdeka Special Sales Period that come with the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection, please note that the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection are subject to the HONOR Care Terms and Conditions.

(vii) All free gifts given under this Merdeka Special Sales are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR.

(viii) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App for any latest changes made to the terms which may be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(d) HONOR Points Redeem

(i) The HONOR Points Redeem event will run from 1st August 2026 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 31st August 2026 11:59 PM (“HONOR Points Redeem Period”).

(ii) Customer(s) may redeem their HONOR Points, provided that a sufficient balance is available in their account, during the HONOR Points Redeem Period. The available redemption offers (i.e. voucher) and the corresponding number of HONOR Points required for each product, shall be published in the HONOR Points Store accessible via My HONOR APP.

(iii) The HONOR Points Redeem Products above are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Limited quantities are available.

(iv) All HONOR Points Redeem Products are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable and HONOR Points cannot be returned once redeemed.

(v) All HONOR Points Redeem Products given under this event are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR.

(vi) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App for any latest changes made to the terms which may be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(e) A Nation of HONOR

(i) The HONOR products below are available for purchase on all HONOR Retail Stores nationwide during this A Nation of HONOR event (“A Nation of HONOR Product(s)”). Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the sales price (“A Nation of HONOR Price”) and receive the corresponding free gifts as set out in the table below with the purchase of the A Nation of HONOR Product(s) from 1st August 2026 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 31st August 2026 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (“A Nation of HONOR Period”):

(ii) The A Nation of HONOR Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last. Limited quantities are available.

(iii) Each unit of A Nation of HONOR Product(s) purchased during this A Nation of HONOR event is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(iv) All free gifts provided under this A Nation of HONOR event are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash or any other items.

(v) HONOR reserves the right to substitute the corresponding free gifts with another item of similar value in the event of unavailability.

(vi) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the A Nation of HONOR Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in HONOR’s Warranty Policy. In addition to the standard warranty, any HONOR product(s) purchased during this A Nation of HONOR Period will be entitled to 1 Year Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the A Nation of HONOR Period that come with the 180 days Screen Crack Protection, please note that the 180 days Screen Crack Protection are subject to the HONOR’s Warranty Policy.

(vii) AAll free gifts given under this A Nation of HONOR are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR.

(viii) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App for any latest changes to the terms which may be updated from time to time by HONOR.

General

(i) The Customer(s) agrees and consents to HONOR for the use of any of the Customer(s) personal data for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HONOR for a lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management of this Campaign.

(ii) By providing the personal data, the Customer(s) confirms that (a) he/she agrees and consents to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations; and (b) he/she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by Statement About HONOR Platform and Privacy and HONOR’s Marketing Activities Privacy Statement. The Customer(s) further agrees that HONOR and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact the Customer(s) by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Campaign. If the Customers(s) need to exercise your privacy rights and lodge a complaint about privacy protection, please contact us by visiting the Privacy Questions page, we will reply as soon as possible.

(iii) In the event that any prizes or free gifts are being given to the Customer(s)' having provided a false or mistaken identity or information, HONOR shall have the right to revoke the Customer(s)’ eligibility for the said prizes or free gifts.

(iv) By participating in this Campaign, Customer(s) agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and HONOR’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HONOR reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.

(v) In accepting any prizes or free gifts, the winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Campaign. The winners agree to grant HONOR a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

(vi) HONOR assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.

(vii) HONOR shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Customer(s) in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Campaign.

(viii) The Customer(s) agrees to discharge and release HONOR from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or the Customer’s entry in this Campaign.

(ix) The Customer(s) further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Campaign, including Facebook and other social media platform, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign.

(x) Save where it is otherwise prohibited by the applicable laws, in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any claims relating to the Campaign and/or any activities operated by authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, nor shall HONOR be held responsible for any payment made by the Customer(s) to authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, or for the fulfilment of the sales transaction by such parties.

(xi) Without prejudice to the foregoing and save where otherwise prohibited by law:- (1) in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, howsoever remote even if such losses were foreseeable or if HONOR was advised of the possibility of such damages; and (2) if HONOR is adjudicated by a local court of competent jurisdiction to be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or is in any way connected to this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR’s total liability shall in no event exceed RM50.00.

(xii) By participating in this Campaign and any events therein, the Customer(s) agrees to indemnify and hold HONOR and HONOR Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by HONOR due to or in any way arising from this Campaign.

(xiii) If Customer(s) are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.

(xiv) Where any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Campaign Period is returned to HONOR in accordance with its standard return policy, all free gifts received for the purchase must also be returned together with the HONOR product(s).

(xv) HONOR reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions at any time without further notice.

(xvi) This Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
