NOVEMBER SALE CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

This November Sale Campaign (“Campaign”) will run from 1st November 2025 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 30th November 2025 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (“Campaign Period”). Honor Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 202101003804) (1404103-P) (“HONOR”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Campaign Mechanism
1.Eligibility

To participate in this Campaign, the customer(s) (“Customer(s)”) must be:

(i) individual(s) residing in Malaysia; and

(ii) eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 1st November 2025.

2. Events

This Campaign consists of the following Four(4) events:

(a) Subscribe & Get RM 10 Voucher

(i) Under this Subscribe & Get RM 10 Voucher event, Customer(s) will get an exclusive voucher by subscribing to HONOR’s newsletter via Email Channel or WhatsApp Channel on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App from 1st November 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 30th November 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8), as follows:

(ii) An RM10 Voucher will be sent to the email address or WhatsApp account after the successful subscription.

(iii) Only one (1) RM10 Voucher can be used in the same transaction (i.e., for all the items in the same transaction).

(iv) The RM10 Voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

(v) The RM10 Voucher is only valid for purchases made on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) or My HONOR App from 1st November 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 30th November 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8). The RM10 Voucher must be redeemed by 30th November 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8). Please note that any RM 10 Voucher not redeemed by the aforementioned expiry date will be expired automatically.

(vi) This Subscribe & Get RM10 Voucher event is valid for purchases made on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App.

(b) Special Sales

(i) The HONOR products listed below are available for purchase on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App during this Special Sales (“Special Sales Product(s)”). Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the Special Sales price (“Special Sales Price”) for purchasing the Special Sales Product(s) and receive one (1) unit of the following corresponding free gifts from 1st November 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 31st November 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8) (“Special Sale Period”):

(ii) The Special Sales Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

(iii) Each unit of Special Sales Product(s) purchased during the Special Sales is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(iv) All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(v) HONOR reserves the right to change and/or replace any corresponding free gifts with other gifts of similar value.

(vi) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Special Sale Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in HONOR’s Warranty Policy. In addition to the standard warranty, HONOR product(s) purchased during this Special Sale Period which is entitled to Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the Special Sale Period that come with the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection, please note that the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection are subject to the HONOR Care Terms and Conditions.

(vii) All free gifts given under this Special Sale are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR.

(viii) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App or any latest changes to the terms which can be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(c) Double11 Mega Sales

(i) The HONOR products in the table below are available for purchase on HONOR Website and My HONOR App during this Double11 Mega Sales (“Double11 Mega Sales Product(s)”). Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the Double11 Mega Sales price (“Double11 Mega Sales Price”) for purchasing the Double11 Mega Sales Product(s) and receive one (1) unit of the following corresponding free gifts from 10th November 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 13th November 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8) (“Double11 Mega Sales Period”):

(ii) The Double11 Mega Sales Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(iii) Each unit of Double11 Mega Sales Product(s) purchased during the Double11 Mega Sales Event is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(iv) In addition to the corresponding free gifts above, during the period from 10th November 2025 to 13th November 2025, 12:00AM to 8PM(GMT+8) daily, the first fifty (50) Customers who place an order and make full payment for any physical products (excluding warranty products) on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App will receive a Shoulder Bag as a special gift. This special gift will be automatically added to the Customer’s order on the purchase page. For the avoidance doubt, in the event that the Shoulder Bag does not appear in the Customer’s order details on the purchase page, it shall be deemed that the Customer is not among the first 50 eligible customers and is therefore not eligible to receive the special gift.

(v) Customer(s) who purchases any of the selected eligible HONOR products listed in paragraph (b) below (“Eligible HONOR Products”) during the Double11 Mega Sales Period are entitled to receive an extra discount.

(a) Customer may copy the Exclusive Voucher Code provided on HONOR Website or My HONOR App to receive an extra discount based on the total checkout amount for the Eligible HONOR Products , as set out below:

(vii) All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(viii) HONOR reserves the right to change and/or replace any corresponding free gifts with other gifts of similar value.

(ix) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Double11 Mega Sales Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in HONOR’s Warranty Policy. In addition to the standard warranty, HONOR product(s) purchased during this Double11 Mega Sales Period which is entitled to Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions. (d) HONOR Points Activity

(i) The HONOR Points Activity event will run from 10th November 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 13th November 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8) (“HONOR Points Activity Period”).

(ii) During the HONOR Points Activity Period, Customer(s) will receive or use HONOR Points when they participate in designated activities in accordance with the manners set out herein. The details are as follows:

(a) Registration and Login into account: After successfully registering and logging in to My HONOR App or www.honor.com/my, Customer(s) will receive 20 HONOR Points when they log in to their HONOR Account for the first-time from 10th November 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 13th November 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8). Each Customer with the same registered account, such as phone number or email address can get only One (1) time HONOR Points reward.

(b) HONOR Points Redemption: HONOR Points can be redeemed as cash credits toward purchases of HONOR products on the My HONOR App or www.honor.com/my from 10th November 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 13th November 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8).

During the HONOR Points Activity Period, Points can be redeemed as follows:

For HONOR products with a price ranging from RM1000 to RM3000 (inclusive), the value of points redeemed will be multiplied by 10 times.

For HONOR products with a price exceeding RM3000, the value of points redeemed will be multiplied by 15 times.

The total value of points redeemed, after applying the respective inflation multiplier, shall not exceed 10% of the total settlement amount for the transaction. If the calculated points redemption value exceeds this 10% limit, the maximum allowable redemption will be capped at 10% of the total settlement amount.

(iii) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App or any latest changes to the terms which can be updated from time to time by HONOR.

General

(i) The Customer(s) agrees and consents to HONOR for the use of any of the Customer(s) personal data for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HONOR for a lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management of this Campaign.

(ii) By providing the personal data, the Customer(s) confirms that (a) he/she agrees and consents to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations; and (b) he/she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by Statement About HONOR Platform and Privacy and HONOR’s Marketing Activities Privacy Statement. The Customer(s) further agrees that HONOR and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact the Customer(s) by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Campaign. If the Customers(s) need to exercise your privacy rights and lodge a complaint about privacy protection, please contact us by visiting the Privacy Questions page, we will reply as soon as possible.

(iii) In the event that any prizes or free gifts are being given to the Customer(s)' having provided a false or mistaken identity or information, HONOR shall have the right to revoke the Customer(s)’ eligibility for the said prizes or free gifts.

(iv) By participating in this Campaign, Customer(s) agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and HONOR’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HONOR reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.

(v) In accepting any prizes or free gifts, the winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Campaign. The winners agree to grant HONOR a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

(vi) HONOR assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.

(vii) HONOR shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Customer(s) in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Campaign.

(viii) The Customer(s) agrees to discharge and release HONOR from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or the Customer’s entry in this Campaign.

(ix) The Customer(s) further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Campaign, including Facebook and other social media platform, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign.

(x) Save where it is otherwise prohibited by the applicable laws, in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any claims relating to the Campaign and/or any activities operated by authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, nor shall HONOR be held responsible for any payment made by the Customer(s) to authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, or for the fulfilment of the sales transaction by such parties.

(xi) Without prejudice to the foregoing and save where otherwise prohibited by law:- (1) in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, howsoever remote even if such losses were foreseeable or if HONOR was advised of the possibility of such damages; and (2) if HONOR is adjudicated by a local court of competent jurisdiction to be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or is in any way connected to this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR’s total liability shall in no event exceed RM50.00.

(xii) By participating in this Campaign and any events therein, the Customer(s) agrees to indemnify and hold HONOR and HONOR Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by HONOR due to or in any way arising from this Campaign.

(xiii) If Customer(s) are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.

(xiv) Where any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Campaign Period is returned to HONOR in accordance with its standard return policy, all free gifts received for the purchase must also be returned together with the HONOR product(s).

(xv) HONOR reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions at any time without further notice.

(xvi) This Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
