DECEMBER SALE CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

This December Sale Campaign (“Campaign”) will run from 1st December 2025 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 13th January 2026 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (“Campaign Period”). Honor Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 202101003804) (1404103-P) (“HONOR”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Campaign Mechanism

2. Events

This Campaign consists of the following Four (4) events:

(a) Subscribe & Get RM 10 Voucher

(i) Under this Subscribe & Get RM 10 Voucher event, Customer(s) will get an exclusive voucher by subscribing to HONOR’s newsletter via Email Channel or WhatsApp Channel on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App from 1st December 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 31st December 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8), as follows:

(ii) An RM10 Voucher will be sent to the email address or WhatsApp account after the successful subscription.

(iii) Only one (1) RM10 Voucher can be used in the same transaction (i.e., for all the items in the same transaction).

(iv) The RM10 Voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

(v) The RM10 Voucher is only valid for purchases made on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) or My HONOR App from 1st December 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 31st December 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8). The RM10 Voucher must be redeemed by 31st December 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8). Please note that any RM 10 Voucher not redeemed by the aforementioned expiry date will be expired automatically.

(vi) This Subscribe & Get RM10 Voucher event is valid for purchases made on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App.

(b) Special Sales

(i) The HONOR products listed below are available for purchase on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App during this Special Sales (“Special Sales Product(s)”). Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the Special Sales price (“Special Sales Price”) for purchasing the Special Sales Product(s) and receive one (1) unit of the following corresponding free gifts from 1st December 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 31st December 2025 11:59PM (“Special Sale Period”):

(ii) The Special Sales Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

(iii) Each unit of Special Sales Product(s) purchased during the Special Sales is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(iv) All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(v) HONOR reserves the right to change and/or replace any corresponding free gifts with other gifts of similar value.

(vi) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Special Sale Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in HONOR’s Warranty Policy. In addition to the standard warranty, HONOR product(s) purchased during this Special Sale Period which is entitled to Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the Special Sale Period that come with the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection, please note that the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection are subject to the HONOR Care Terms and Conditions.

(vii) All free gifts given under this Special Sale are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR.

(viii) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App or any latest changes to the terms which can be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(c) Double12 Sales

(i) The Double12 Sales will run from 11th December 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 14th December 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8) (“Double12 Sales Period”).

(ii) During the Double12 Sales Period, Customer(s) can extra gift or discount when they participate in designated activities in accordance with the manners set out herein. The details are as follows:

(a) Double 12 Livestream: Commencing from 11th December 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 14th December 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8), Customer(s) can get exclusive discount voucher by watching the livestream on link of https://www.honor.com/my/shop/livestream/. Customer(s) can get 12% off voucher code and use on honor.com/my/ and My HONOR App for products (except HONOR Magic8 Pro and warranty products). Please note that the voucher is only valid from 11th December 8:00 PM (GMT+8) to 11th December 2025 10:00PM (GMT+8), please note that 12% Off Voucher not redeemed by the aforementioned expiry date will be expired automatically.

(b) Double 12 Livestream Giveaway : during 11th December 2025 8:00PM (GMT+8) to 11th December 2025 10:00PM (GMT +8), Customer(s) who share their order number in the livestream chat will have a chance to win a brand-new HONOR Pad X9. Please note that the order must be paid and placed from 11th December 2025 8:00PM (GMT+8) to 11th December 2025 10:00PM (GMT +8) and cannot be cancelled. A Winner will be selected by HONOR at random, subject to the terms and conditions of this event. All decisions of HONOR are final and binding. Winner will be contacted by HONOR by 12th December 2025 to answer a question and confirm their address via email or message. The prize will be forfeited if the winner fails to claim the prize within two weeks from the date on which the notification email or massage is sent to the registered email address or contact number.

(c) Extra Gifts: In addition to the corresponding free gifts for Special Sales Product(s), during the period from 11th December 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 14th December 2025 11:59PM (GMT+8), Customers who place an order and make full payment for any physical products (excluding warranty products) on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App will receive a Sport Kettle as a special gift. This special gift will be automatically added to the Customer’s order on the purchase page. For the avoidance doubt, in the event that the Sport Kettle does not appear in the Customer’s order details on the purchase page, it shall be deemed that the Customer is not eligible customers and is therefore not eligible to receive the special gift.

(iii) The Double12 Sales Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(iv) Each unit of Double12 Sales Product(s) purchased during the Double12 Sales Event is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(v) All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(vi) HONOR reserves the right to change and/or replace any corresponding free gifts with other gifts of similar value.

(vii) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Double12 Sales Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in HONOR’s Warranty Policy. In addition to the standard warranty, HONOR product(s) purchased during this Double12 Sales Period which is entitled to Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the Double12 Sales Period that come with the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection, please note that the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection are subject to the HONOR Care Terms and Conditions.

(viii) All free gifts given under this Double12 Sales are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR.

(ix) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App or any latest changes to the terms which can be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(d) Magical Year-End Campaign

(i) The HONOR products below are available for purchase on all HONOR Retail Stores nationwide during this Magical Year-End event (“Magical Year-End Product(s)”). Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the sales price (“Year-End Campaign Price”) and receive the corresponding free gifts as set out in the table below with the purchase of the Festive Campaign Product(s) from 13th December 2025 12:00 PM (GMT+8) to 10th January 2026 11:59 PM (GMT +8):

(ii) In-store Activation Gift

1.With purchase of the selected product mention above are entitle to redeem a mystery gift at the participating dealer stores.

2. Magical Year-End Campaign and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(iii) Giveaway

(i)Customer(s) who purchased any of the selected eligible HONOR products (“Eligible HONOR Products”) below during the campaign period are entitled to participate in the giveaway event (“GA”) to win the following prizes (“GA Prize(s)”), subject to terms and conditions hereinafter stated:

(ii) The Eligible HONOR Products for the GA Event are as follows:

(a) HONOR Magic V5
(b) HONOR Magic 8 Pro
(c) HONOR 400 Pro
(d) HONOR 400
(e) HONOR X9d 5G
(f) HONOR MagicPad 3
(g) HONOR Pad 10

(iii) Additional terms and condition applicable to the GA Event:

(1) To be eligible to participate in the GA Event, Customer(s) must complete all the steps below during the Campaign Period:

(a) Purchase the Eligible HONOR Products.

(b) Fill in customer details, attached purchase invoice and answer 2 simple questions.

(c) For every additional RM1,000, customers are entitled to get an extra chance to win prizes.

(d) For the winning consumers, we will contact them via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, etc. Non-winning consumers will not be notified.

(2) If any information submitted is found to be incomplete, misleading, or inaccurate, the entry shall be deemed invalid and the Customer(s) will be disqualified from the GA Event automatically.

(3) Each Customer of the same NRIC/passport name will stand a chance to win a maximum one (1) GA Prize(s) only from the GA Event.

(4) Upon completion of all the steps above, Customer(s) will be entitled to one (1) entry to the GA Event (“Eligible Entry(ies)”) for every additional RM1,000 spent, one additional entry will be awarded. One (1) unit of the Eligible HONOR Product purchased (based on serial number) during the Campaign Period, whether the purchase is made in one transaction or separate transactions. If there is more than one (1) Eligible HONOR Product purchased, the Customer(s) can submit more than one (1) entry to the GA Event based on different serial number.

(iv) GA Prize(s) Winners Announcement

(1) Winners will be selected based on completeness of the Eligible Entry(ies) in accordance with the selection criteria and other terms and conditions as determined by HONOR.

(2) Winners will be announced on the HONOR Malaysia Facebook https://m.facebook.com/HonorMY/?mibextid=LQQJ4d on the 30th January 2026. (“Winner Announcement”).

(v) GA Prize(s) Collection / Redemption Method

(1) HONOR reserves the rights to replace or substitute the GA Prize(s) with prizes similar value without prior notification based on its sole and absolute discretion. Decisions by HONOR will be final and no appeals will be entertained.

(2) The winners of GA Event will receive a notification message from HONOR service team (“Notification Message”) within fourteen (14) days from the date of Winner Announcement to inform about the requirements for GA Event collection. The winners of GA Event are required to reply to Notification Message within seven (7) days from the date of Notification Message together with the contact details. In the event that the winner fails to reply to the Notification Message within seven (7) days from the date of Notification Message with all the information required, the GA Event won will be forfeited automatically by HONOR.

(3) HONOR reserves the right to disqualify, cancel or withdraw any winner in the case where there is any inconsistency in the details submitted.

(4) Any unclaimed GA Prize(s) under this campaign after 28th February 2026 will be forfeited by HONOR. The winners of the unclaimed or forfeited GA Prize(s) are not entitled to any payment or compensation from HONOR, notwithstanding non-receipt of the Message Notification.

(5) HONOR will contact the winners regarding the delivery or redemption of the GA Event. The winner is responsible to make the necessary arrangements with the designated distributor/agents (as notified by HONOR) to collect or redeem his/her GA Prize(s). HONOR will not bear any costs for delivery or transportation and/or any such other costs that the winners may have incurred in the course of redeeming or collecting the GA Prize(s).

(6) All GA Prize(s) are not covered by any warranty of HONOR.

(7) All GA Prize(s) are not exchangeable for cash and/or other items, and they are non-transferable.

(8) All GA Prize(s) are subject to availability and HONOR reserves the right to replace or substitute the GA Prize(s) with another gift of the equivalent value.

General

(i) The Customer(s) agrees and consents to HONOR for the use of any of the Customer(s) personal data for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HONOR for a lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management of this Campaign.

(ii) By providing the personal data, the Customer(s) confirms that (a) he/she agrees and consents to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations; and (b) he/she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by Statement About HONOR Platform and Privacy and HONOR’s Marketing Activities Privacy Statement. The Customer(s) further agrees that HONOR and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact the Customer(s) by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Campaign. If the Customers(s) need to exercise your privacy rights and lodge a complaint about privacy protection, please contact us by visiting the Privacy Questions page, we will reply as soon as possible.

(iii) In the event that any prizes or free gifts are being given to the Customer(s)' having provided a false or mistaken identity or information, HONOR shall have the right to revoke the Customer(s)’ eligibility for the said prizes or free gifts.

(iv) By participating in this Campaign, Customer(s) agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and HONOR’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HONOR reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.

(v) In accepting any prizes or free gifts, the winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Campaign. The winners agree to grant HONOR a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

(vi) HONOR assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.

(vii) HONOR shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Customer(s) in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Campaign.

(viii) The Customer(s) agrees to discharge and release HONOR from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or the Customer’s entry in this Campaign.

(ix) The Customer(s) further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Campaign, including Facebook and other social media platform, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign.

(x) Save where it is otherwise prohibited by the applicable laws, in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any claims relating to the Campaign and/or any activities operated by authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, nor shall HONOR be held responsible for any payment made by the Customer(s) to authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, or for the fulfilment of the sales transaction by such parties.

(xi) Without prejudice to the foregoing and save where otherwise prohibited by law:- (1) in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, howsoever remote even if such losses were foreseeable or if HONOR was advised of the possibility of such damages; and (2) if HONOR is adjudicated by a local court of competent jurisdiction to be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or is in any way connected to this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR’s total liability shall in no event exceed RM50.00.

(xii) By participating in this Campaign and any events therein, the Customer(s) agrees to indemnify and hold HONOR and HONOR Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by HONOR due to or in any way arising from this Campaign.

(xiii) If Customer(s) are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.

(xiv) Where any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Campaign Period is returned to HONOR in accordance with its standard return policy, all free gifts received for the purchase must also be returned together with the HONOR product(s).

(xv) HONOR reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions at any time without further notice.

(xvi) This Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
