Terms and Conditions for Internal Purchase for Internal Processing Devices – Honor Malaysia

To ensure staffs and service personnel of Honor Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 202101003804) (1404103-P) (“We” or “Honor Malaysia”) are entitled to experience and purchase HONOR products at a more competitive price, we regularly sell internal processing devices at discounted rate. The internal processing devices are different from the same model available in the open market, price reduction for these internal purchase devices are reflected to make up for any minor defects and impairment found in these internal purchase devices. Please note that you are required to confirm and agree to the aforesaid terms before placing order through internal purchase: Request for return or replacement due to product quality issues is allowed within 7 days from the device receipt date by the relevant staffs (Note: for return or refund within 7 days due to quality issues, the staff must provide the certificate of inspection from maintenance center or appointed maintenance stores.)If you want to enjoy other benefits, we recommend that you purchase the same model from the open market.

Particulars of internal processing devices available during the internal purchase are set out as follows:

I. Internal Processing Devices Purchase Terms

(1) Staffs and service personnel of Honor Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as "staffs") are entitled to purchase a limited quantity of processing devices; and please note that service personnel are referring those who have valid W3 account access with work number beginning with "9 and W" and those who have access to valid iforce accounts.

(2) Prohibition of resale: Staffs are not allowed to resell the internal processing devices purchased through internal purchase in any offline or online channels at a higher price or the same price. Any prohibited reselling that causes personal and property damage to third party, such as any third party claim filed against Honor Malaysia any defects and impairment which have been explicitly informed to the staffs before order is placed through internal purchase, the staff involved is required to compensate for all damages caused to the company.

(3) Payment timeframe after order placed: All orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within 30 minutes from order submission time.

(4) Certain staffs may not be eligible for internal purchase according to the user order behavior and internal audit results.

(5) Low inventory product models with low inventory will be categorised as “tailgate” and therefore exchange is not available and only support to refund.

(6) The product information on the internal purchase page is for reference only.

(7) The discount available for internal processing devices is calculated based on the first launch sale price in open market for the same product model.

(8) Any improper conduct of the staffs during the internal purchase, if found to be violation of company policies, will be referred to the Internal Audit Department for further action.

(9) Any issue found in the internal processing devices purchased through internal purchase must be reported via online replacement application within 7 days from the device receipt date by the staff. Any internal processing devices purchased through internal purchase are not eligible for replacement from any HONOR authorised offline stores.

(10) In order to ensure fair trading opportunities for staff, if the product is a limited purchase, the Company reserves the right to unilaterally refund the original method to the payer's account and cancel the order for exceeding the limited purchase quantity.

II. Description of Internal Processing Devices

(2) Process method for Internal processing devices
All internal processing devices have been 100% tested by the HONOR Advanced Repair Centre, and have passed the repair or refurbishment process. Therefore, the functionality of the device/battery are in accordance with the factory standard, and are equipped with color box packaging and accessories (as the packaging box consists of original packaging box and standard packaging box, the same devices may come in different packaging boxes).

(3) Difference between the internal processing devices and normal device
Internal Processing Devices are different from the same model available in the open market, other than the minor defects in the internal processing devices, the device/battery function and performance are in line with factory standards, which does not affect the daily use of the. However, since the internal processing devices are not brand-new device, their accessories may have slight defects in appearance, performance, or incomplete matching.

III. Eligibility of Staffs for the Purchase of Internal Processing Devices Through

Internal Purchase All staffs as defined above are eligible to participate.

1. All staffs are requested to register at HONOR Malaysia Official Store https://www.honor.com/my/shop/internal-purchase-for-internal-processing-devices with the email address @honor.com, the Internal Processing Devices price will be shown after successfully login.

IV. Maintenance Rules for Internal Processing Devices

(1) Electronic invoices can be provided upon request for the purchase of the internal processing devices.

(2) Staffs are required to check the warranty period on HONOR official website, My HONOR APP and other service channels. For the low inventory products, only products with the quality issue will be accepted for return. See below for details.

(3) If special reasons cause staffs cannot report quality problem with 7 days such as delivery for more than 7 days, staff need to contact separately (contact: Liu Dandan W0076436).

(4) Request for return or replacement due to quality issue must be submitted within 7 days from the device receipt date by the staff. For example, the device is acknowledged receipt by the staff on 1st June 2026, the staff must request for return or replacement within 7 days from 1st June 2026.

V. Quantuty of Internal Processing Devices Available For Internal Purchase

Each staff can purchase a maximum of 3 units for the internal processing devices during each internal purchase, up to a maximum of 10 units accumulated for every calendar year (may vary depending on the total number of events held).
