Terms and Conditions for [HONOR Share Your Experience and WIN Program] (“Program”)

Welcome and thank you for your interest in participating in the [HONOR Share Your Experience and WIN Program] (“Program”).

Your participation means a lot to us! By participating in this Program, you will stand a chance to win 100% cashback amount of HONOR Magic6 Pro.

Program Details:

• Registration Period: 11th March 2024 – 19th March 2024

• Selection Period: 30th March 2024 – 26th April 2024

• Number of Selected Participants: 100 participants (“Participants”)

• Goal: Participants are encouraged to complete all the tasks given by the internal team. By completing all the tasks, you will stand a chance to win 100% cashback amount of HONOR Magic6 Pro.

• How to Win: Share your user experience with the HONOR Magic6 Pro on your social media platforms. Each of the content sharing on your social media platforms must include hashtag #HONORMagic6ProMY and with a HONOR Magic6 Pro watermark. Participants who have completed all the tasks given with relevant hashtag will stand a higher chance of winning the latest HONOR Magic6 Pro!

Terms & Conditions

This Program consists of four (4) themed challenges for a consecutive period of four (4) weeks, from 30th March 2024 00:00am to 26th April 2024 23:59pm (Malaysian Time Zone) (“’Program Period’’).

Challenges:

• Challenge #1: Capture motion objective
[Zoom in 2x and 5x to capture motion objective]

• Challenge #2: Battery Test

• Challenge #3: Experience Magic OS 8.0

• Challenge #4: Share Your Overall Experience via Writing or video

Program Mechanics:

1. This Program is only open to customers who placed early bird special for HONOR Magic6 Pro on Hihonor website from 11th March 2024 to 19th March 2024.

2. To participate in this Program, Participants must have an Instagram account OR a Facebook account with “privacy settings” set to “Public”.

3. A total of four (4) weekly themes for this Program are set out in the following categories:

i) Challenge #1: Unleash the Magic of Photography (Motion objective)

- Participants are required to experience the camera and take a creative picture of the motion objective.

- Ideally zoom in to 2x and 5x to capture motion objective.

- Picture submissions can be moving animals, moving children, sportsmen, dancing girls, fireworks, etc.

ii) Challenge #2: Unleash the Magic of Battery

- Participants are required to experience the battery endurance of the phone and write a creative caption for it.

iii) Challenge #3: Unleash the Power of Magic OS 8.0

- Participants are required to experience the operating system of the phone and write a creative caption for it.

iv) Challenge #4: Share Your Experience

Participants are required to share your overall experience and tell us which feature do you like the most and why.

5. Participants must complete the steps for the relevant themes and their mechanics, depending on which week they are participating in.

6. Participants must complete the steps and tasks given, to win the prizes.

7. All submissions must be reviewed by the Honor internal team before upload them on social platforms and must include the hashtag #HONORMagic6ProMY and a HONOR Magic6 Pro watermark.

8. Participants are encouraged to submit more than one (1) for each themed challenges during the Program Period and share with HONOR Malaysia Team.

9. No professional/DSLR camera submission is allowed. Only picture submissions from HONOR Magic6 Pro via social platforms will be accepted.

10. By participating in this Program, Participants are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

Judging criteria:

1. Share your pleasant journey and experience with the HONOR Magic6 Pro on your social media platforms. Each most creative content sharing on your own social media platforms or HONOR Facebook Group with hashtag #HONORMagic6ProMY and with the HONOR Magic6 Pro watermark.

Prizes:

Grand Prize: 100% cashback amount of HONOR Magic6 Pro x 10 units Second Prize: RM200 TNG E-Wallet Rebate x 50 Consolation Prize: RM50 TNG E-Wallet Rebate

• Prizes shown on the contest form or any communication materials may defer in terms of color, specifications or design.

• Winners shall be responsible for all costs in connection with the collection, delivery of his/her prize, including but not limited to legal cost, stamp duties, registration and transfer fees, taxes, insurance, spending money and related expenses (such as meals or personal expenses, upgrades, etc) or fees.

• Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any form for whatever reason. Winners are solely responsible for the collection of their prizes.

Winner Announcement:

Honor will contact the winners of this Program via WhatsApp.

General Terms and Conditions:

This Program is open to all residents of Malaysia, at least 18 years old as of 1st March 2024 with a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number at the time of participation of the Program.

Honor Malaysia has full rights to use and publish all photos submitted in the Program without any prior notice to the relevant Participants and they shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on any such materials used by Honor.

Employees of Honor, their immediate families, Honor’s Advertising, Creative and Public Relations agencies, program organizer, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Program.

Honor, its employees, promoters, program organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the Participants or by any person in connection with the Program. All winners assume liability for any loss, injury, damage or claim that may arise from participating in this Program or use or redemption of any prize.

The Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the HONOR’s Marketing Activities Privacy Statement Privacy Policy and provide consent to Honor to the use of any personal data as provided by the Participants for the purpose of participation in this Program in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Honor for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Program including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Program.

Winner(s) may be required to participate in a photo taking session during the issuance of the Prizes. Pictures captured may be used for commercial marketing purposes.

Only entries that do not contravene any laws and do not feature religious, sexual, violent, pornographic content or drugs will be included in the competition.

In the event any prizes are being awarded to the Participants having provided false or mistaken identity or information, Honor shall have the right to revoke the Participants’ eligibility for the said prizes.

All prize images are for reference only. Prizes shown and/or represented for the running of this Program shall be subjected to availability. Prizes given are non-refundable. Quality issues with regards to the condition of the Prizes are subject to the warranty process provided by the relevant supplier/manufacturer of the said prize items which includes repairs, replacement, and/or exchange for new or equivalent items.

Winner(s) shall not substitute any prizes won or exchange the said Prizes for money. Honor reserves all rights in its sole discretion to substitute any prizes (or prize component, if applicable) with one of equal or greater value. Honor is responsible only for the delivery of the Prizes and is not responsible for the condition and fitness of the said Prizes. Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).

By participating in the Program, the Participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Program and Honor’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Honor reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Program.

In accepting the Prizes, the winner(s) agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Program. The winners agree to grant Honor a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

Honor assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.

Honor shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the contestants in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Program.

The Participants agree to discharge and release Honor from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this contest or to the Participants’ entry in the contest.

The Participants further agree to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Program, including Facebook, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Program or to the Participants’ entry in the Program.

Without prejudice to the foregoing:- (i) save where otherwise prohibited by law, in no event shall Honor be liable to any party including the Program for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, howsoever remote even if such losses were foreseeable or if Honor were advised of the possibility of such damages; and (ii) if Honor is adjudicated by a local court of competent jurisdiction to be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or is in any way connected to this Program, Honor’s liability shall in no event exceed RM1000.00.

By entering into this Program, the Participants agree to indemnify and hold Honor and the Honor Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by Honor due to or in any way arising from this Program or the Participants’ entry in this Program.

If the Participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Program, Honor reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.

The Participants must notify Honor of any abnormalities or damages to the given phone by sharing photos of the abnormalities or damages of the given phone. Honor reserves the right to require the Participants to compensate for all losses.

This Program and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Honor always reserves all the rights to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this Program.
