HONOR plays SXSW

Headed to Austin, Texas on 17 March for South by Southwest (SXSW), the annual Interactive, film and music conference. Together with Amazon Prime Music, HONOR co-presented the HONOR 5X and Prime Music Present: SXSW Acoustic Daybreak, a concert showcasing some exciting artists.

Held at the Ironwood Hall, guests were treated to five acoustic sets from Blue October, Teddy Thompson & Kelly Jones, Ruby the Rabbitfoot, Freedom Fry and Shaprece. It was an amazing show, which Amazon streamed live to a worldwide audience. You can check out more at amazon.com/5Xdaybreak.

Throughout the show, HONOR hosted an interactive booth, featuring Rob Surette, a speed painter known most recently for his bubble gum portrait of Taylor Swift. Rob painted five images throughout the show, inspired by each of the acts.

From the amazing talents we saw and heard, to the yummy breakfast buffet, we can’t think of a better way to start a day than with the 5X Daybreak.
