1. Preface
We sincerely hope you would be satisfied with the new product. Based on laws and regulations related to the protection of consumer rights and interests in United Arab Emirates and HONOR's policies, HONOR MOBILE ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C. formulates HONOR's product warranty policy, according to which you could return, replace, or repair the products.
2. Warranty Services
2.1 Warranty Object
This warranty policy only applies to HONOR-branded laptops and packaged accessories that are purchased from HONOR official channels, including the HONOR online store and HONOR-authorized retail stores. For products purchased from any other platform or organization, please contact the seller for after-sales warranty services.

1) For accessories in the box, the after-sales service shall be provided according to the valid warranty certificate of the main product.
2) If your device or accessories are not shown above, please contact our customer service at 80004444408 for further assistance.
3) For bundled gifts, if the gift item is an HONOR brand, the warranty period is identical to that of an independently purchased accessory; if not HONOR-branded, the gift is not covered by warranty.
2.3 Proof of Warranty
1) The product warranty start date is based on the date the purchase receipt or Proof of Purchase (hereinafter referred to as POP) is issued. Invoice, invoice copy, product warranty card(or the electronic warranty card on your device)can be used as POP.
2) If you are unable to provide the POP, the warranty start date will be 90 days after the manufactured date (indicated by device's serial number). For details, you could click Warranty Query to check whether the device is within the warranty period.
2.4 Return Services
1) HONOR products purchased from the HONOR online store can be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt, provided that the product is in good condition, unopened, and its packaging and overall appearance remain intact. Please refer HONOR online store's return policy for more information.
2) For products not purchased from the HONOR online store, please contact the retailer or platform of purchase for more information about their relevant return policy.
3) Please back up and delete your personal data before returning the device.
4) It is recommended that you check the following list before applying for return:

2.5 Replacement Services
2.5.1 Replacement Policy
Within 14 days from the date of purchase, if a non-user-related faulty performance occurs on the main product, you can choose to replace the device.
2.5.2 Replacement Guide
1) If the product you purchased meets the condition of replacement policy, please go to the HONOR Authorized Service Center to apply for replacement.
2) Please back up and delete your personal data before returning the device.
3) It is recommended that you check the following list before applying for replacement:

2.6 In-warranty Repair Guide
1) You can visit any HONOR Authorized Service Center or send your device there for repair by apply Postal Repair Service without any shipping fee.
2) The products with non-user-related faulty performance can be repaired free-of-charge, and HONOR will continue to provide warranty services for the replaced parts for 180 days following the date of repair, or for the remaining period of the product warranty (whichever is longer).
3) Please backup your data before sending your device for repair.
3. Non-warranty Scope
1) Any modification, disassembly, or repair without HONOR's authorization.
2) Product damage caused by accidental or man-made behavior, such as liquid damage, falling, input unsuitable voltage, excessive extrusion, mainboard deformation, etc. And other phenomena are also included. For example, the power adapter is damaged, cracked, broken, or deformed, and the power cable is damaged, broken or bare.
3) Product faults or damage due to improper installation, use, or maintenance.
4) The product model or number on the warranty certificate is inconsistent with the physical product, or the warranty certificate was altered.
5) The product nameplate, Serial Number (SN), or warranty label are removed or damaged, and cannot be identified.
6) There are no valid warranty card or valid invoices (excluding those that can prove that the products are within the warranty period), or the warranty period has expired.
7) Faults or damage caused by factors of Force Majeure such as fire, earthquake, and flood, or similar events beyond the control of HONOR are excluded from warranty cover.
8) Those free gifts which are not HONOR brand, will not be covered by warranty.
4. Other Terms and Conditions
1) The preceding clauses are for HONOR products sold in UAE.
2) HONOR is not responsible for any other commitments that are not guaranteed by HONOR, like other commitments which are made by retailers.
3) Customers agree and provide consent to HONOR for the use of any personal data as provided by the customers for the purposes of the provision of the services by HONOR in line with the applicable personal data protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HONOR for lawful purposes directly related to the provision of services by HONOR. By providing the personal data, Customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by HONOR's Privacy Policy. Customers further agree that HONOR and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact them by telephone, email, or such other method in connection with the provision of the services by HONOR.
4) By using the services provided by HONOR, customers agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein provided and HONOR's decisions shall be final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HONOR reserves the rights to add, amend or vary these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice to the Customer.
