Replacement Service

During the validity period of the service, if your device is accidentally dropped, collided or squeezed during normal use which causes the screen to be broken or cracked, you can get the inner and outer screen spare parts with 30% off.

The service can be claimed once only, and service fees will be charged. Damage such as liquid ingress, bending, deformation, private dismantling, and private repair, etc., are excluded from this service.

During the validity period of the Extended Warranty service, the testing fee, spare parts fee and maintenance fee will be waived for product performance failures caused by non-human factors.
