      Log on to the official website or call the hotline to apply for postal repair

    • 3. Service center maintenance

      The service center receives the faulty device for maintenance, and you can check the repair progress with the repair order number

    • 4. Return the repaired device

      The service center has completed the repair and will send the repaired device back to you.

    1. Will my data be safe?

    All data may be deleted from the device during the repair process, so please back up your data and restore the factory settings. Alternatively, you can enable "Repair Mode" to help protect your data to some extent.

    2. Do I need to pay the shipping fee after applying for postal repair?

    Dear customer, shipping is free regardless of whether your device is under warranty or out of warranty.

    3. How can I find out the status of the repair?

    If you would like to check the status of your repair, please click here for tracking methods, or contact the HONOR Authorized Service Center you approached directly.

    4. Will HONOR provide packing materials for customers to use?

    No, customers should prepare their own packing materials.

    5. How long will it take to pick up my device?

    It will take approximately 3 business days to arrange the pickup.

    6. Who will collect my device after I apply for postal repair?

    Dear Customer, Aramex will contact you after receiving your application. For Magic series consumers, HONOR staff will approach you and provide door-to-door service.

    7. How long will the repair take?

    Considering the delivery time to and from the service center, the repair will take approximately 7 working days. The exact duration may vary depending on the type of defect and the availability of spare parts.

    8. Not applicable for postal repair:

    1) Non-HONOR Products
    2) Products not purchased through official HONOR channels
