1. Delivery Service

HONOR has partnered with JDL to provide on-time shipping and delivery for better customer experience.

2. Area Covered

JDL’s services currently cover the entire The United Arab Emirates. For more related information, contact our Customer Service Hotline at 80004444408 from 9am to 9pm (Monday to Sunday).

3. Payment Standard

FOC (Free of charge) will be applicable on purchases no less than 200 AED. For purchases worth less than 200 AED, the charges will depend on the delivery location, with the additional amount being displayed by the system during Checkout.

4. Delivery Time

Under normal condition, the products will reach within 4-6 days after shipping.

*Note* Working days is followed according to UAE Calendar, excluding the local public holiday and not including the payment date.

5. Tracking System
