    HONOR Care 12-month 360° Damage Protection

    HONOR Care 12-month 360° Damage Protection is a service guarantee product provided by HONOR. This Agreement is a valid contract between you and us to HONOR Accident, please carefully read and fully understand this Service Agreement, this Agreement constitutes a binding legal document for both parties. Your purchase shall be deemed to have agreed to or authorized you to enjoy the rights and interests of the Service Products in accordance with this Agreement.

    1. Service Content

    1) For HONOR products such as folding screen mobile phones, phablets, tablets, computers, smart wearable products, etc.: During the validity period of the service, if the terminal product purchased from HONOR Care Accidental Damage Protection is damaged due to accidental falling, collision, extrusion, or liquid ingress during normal use, the Accident Treasure can be repaired once. Repairs caused by accidents are subject to an additional service fee (approximately 110 AED).

    2) The same terminal product can only be purchased once.

    3) Accessories other than the host are not covered by this service, such as chargers, data cables, earphones, etc.

    2. Service Availability

    1) The validity period of the service refers to the period from the date you purchase HONOR (subject to the official invoice) to the 24 o'clock on the date of expiration of the one-year period.

    2) There are no circumstances listed in Part IV of this Agreement that are not covered by the warranty of this service product;

    3) This service is only available for terminal devices purchased in the GCC region (UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia) in the GCC region.

    4) An invoice for the purchase of this service is required. If the ticket cannot be provided due to loss or other reasons, it is necessary to provide valid device SN number verification service information.

    3. Use of Services

    1) On-site maintenance, On the premise that the terminal product meets the availability of the service, the user can bring the purchase invoice of the service and the faulty machine to the HONOR authorized service center that supports the repair of folding screen mobile phones to use the service.

    *Folding screen phones can only be repaired in designated stores, please pay attention to whether they have a "folding screen repair" label when checking the service store through the HONOR service official website/My HONOR App.

    2) Send for maintenance, On the premise that the terminal product meets the availability of this service, the user can log in to the official website of the HONOR GCC service or My HONOR App, and use the consignment service to send the terminal equipment to the designated repair center, and the purchase invoice of this service is required.

    *Folding screen mobile phones can only be repaired in designated stores, please pay attention to whether they have a "folding screen repair" label when choosing a repair service center.

    3) Special note: There is a service fee (approximately 110 AED) for repairs using HONOR.

    4. It does not belong to the scope of HONOR

    1) Any modification, disassembly and maintenance without the authorization of HONOR;

    2) The nameplate and serial number of the host product are missing, damaged or altered, and it is impossible to determine whether it belongs to the covered product;

    3) Loss of digital accessories and consumables;

    4) Damages caused by intentional acts;

    5) Cosmetic wear, scratches and other losses that do not affect normal use;

    6) Disassembling and repairing the product without HONOR's authorization, altering or modifying the product without HONOR's authorization, or failing to follow HONOR's installation, operation, use, and maintenance instructions;

    7) Failure or damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquake, fire, tsunami, radioactive contamination, lightning strike, etc.) caused by war, hostilities, military acts, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, riots, terrorist activities and natural disasters;

    8) Non-hardware losses such as data loss;

    9) The time limit of the guaranteed service has expired;

    10) Deemed to be damaged or stolen end products;

    20) Fraud, fraud, or other illegal means to obtain the Service.

    5. Assignment or Withdrawal

    1) You acknowledge that this service is a virtual product, and this service cannot be withdrawn, revoked or terminated except for returning or replacing the terminal product in accordance with the product warranty policy, and the service must be bound to the terminal product you purchased, and the service product or rights and interests of this service shall not be transferred in any way.

    2) If the quality of the terminal product fails, and you apply for a return according to the warranty policy of the product and have not used HONOR for maintenance, we will refund the HONOR fee for you, and this agreement will be terminated.

    3) If the quality of the terminal product fails, and you apply for a replacement/motherboard replacement according to the warranty policy of the product and have not used this service, then:

    I. If the new device is replaced within 15 days of purchase, the service will be transferred to the new product, and the validity period will be recalculated for one year from the date of replacement;

    II. If the motherboard is replaced within 15 days of over-purchase, the service will be transferred to the product corresponding to the new serial number, and you can continue to enjoy the remaining time of the service.

    6. Exclusion of Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, HONOR shall not be liable for any of the following:

    1) loss or loss of your records or data;

    2) We shall not be liable for any indirect losses caused by product damage (including but not limited to personal injury, loss of income or profits, loss of reputation or reputation, mental loss, loss of failure time, loss of time and loss of time, and other indirect or incidental losses).

    3) You agree that we will only provide you with legal goods and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and you shall be solely responsible for and risk in using this product. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, HONOR Terminal Co., Ltd. makes no implied representations or warranties (except as otherwise provided by law) for this service.

    4) In any case, the liabilities of HONOR Terminal Co., Ltd. under this Agreement, including but not limited to contract, warranty, tort and other liabilities, shall not exceed the total amount of service fees paid by you.

    7. Termination of Service

    1) In any of the following circumstances, the HONOR Accident Treasure will be terminated naturally:

    a) The effective date of the guarantee agreed in the Terms of Service has expired;

    b) Use HONOR for repair or replacement;

    c) Tested by the engineer of the HONOR authorized service center, your terminal product has not been repaired by the HONOR authorized service center, that is, it is a private dismantling or private repair;

    2) If we find that you have deliberately damaged the product to achieve fraudulent purposes, we have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and refuse to provide HONOR Surprise Treasure without any liability. At the same time, we will reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

    8. Recycling of replacement faulty parts

    The property rights of the faulty parts repaired and replaced by this service belong to HONOR Terminal Co., Ltd., and we will recycle them through the HONOR authorized service center.
