  • Do you accept payment in installments?

    We currently do not support instalment payment.

  • What are the different types of payment types?

    HONOR currently support Visa、MasterCard、COD(Cash on delivery) etc.

  • What happens if I can’t pay on time?

    If you do not complete the payment within 2 hours, your order will be cancelled.

  • Dose COD support credit card for payment?

    COD payment method only supports cash payment.

  • How do I withdraw money from HONOR to my bank account?

    For refunds, we will use the same payment method that you used for your order.

  • Which countries' Visa/MasterCard can I use?

    Visa/MasterCard only support GCC countries: Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar.

  • My payment has failed, what can I do now?

    If your payment fails here are some actions you could take.
    * We recommend contacting your bank to rule out any problems with your card or a transaction being blocked due to suspected fraud (this can happen with larger transactions).
    * If the problem isn’t related to your bank or card, please try again, making sure to enter your details carefully.
    * If you continue to have issues, then please contact our customer service.

  • Why does the page say the payment failed even though I am making the payment?

    We suggest that you choose other payment methods. Please contact your bank if the payment still failed.

  • Why I was charged twice for the same order?

    If the same order was charged twice, usually the system will automatically refund within 5 working days. You can contact HONOR support team for assistance.

  • Are there any other fees if I pay with my credit card?

    HONOR Online Store does not charge any extra fees, It is recommended that you confirm with your bank.

  • Can I split the payment into several parts if the order exceeds my purchase limit?

    HONOR currently don’t support the sevice.

  • Does the HONOR store have a maximum amount of payment?

    There is no maximum payment limit for both Personal Orders and Company Orders

  • My payment has been taken more than once. How do I get my money back?

    If you believe a payment has been taken more than once, please contact our Customer Services team, and they will be happy to investigate the matter for you, and provide a refund where necessary. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to show in your account.

  • Will payment be taken before I have received my order, or upon receipt of the order (once I have signed for it)?

    If you choose COD (cash of delivery) payment, the payment will be taken once the order signed.
    For other method, payment should be finished when the order made.
