    • Can I get an extra discount to purchase a device from the official website?

    • How can I know when a device is avalible in stock?

      When an item is in stock, the BUY NOW or ADD TO CART buttons will be available. If an item is out of stock, you will see the "THIS PRODUCT IS CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK" message instead. In this case, you can click Notify me to let you know when the item is available.

    • When the device will be back in stock?

      You can click Notify me to let you know when the item is available.

    • Can I schedule the delivery times for my order?

      We suggest you can try to contact delivery company if you want to change the delivery time.

    • Can I redeem multiple coupons for one order?

      No, only one coupon can be redeemed per order.

    • What is the discount if I trade in my old smartphone?

      During the event period, some mobile phones will have a large discount, please pay more attention to Event page. For more details please check the Trade in policy.

    • Why the delivery time is not respected?

      HONOR provides the delivery policy.
      1. JDL's standard delivery time is Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 7:00pm. (No delivery on government public holidays)
      2. For same day delivery orders, JDL will support delivery till 10pm.
      3. Office locations can not be delivered at weekends. See More.

    • How can I confirm that my order has been successfully placed?

      You will receive a payment confirmation email when you place an order successfully.

    • Do you have a physical store where I can go and test your devices?

      Yes, we have agents selling HONOR devices in offline stores, if you want to know the exact address, please contact HONOR customer service.

    • I entered the wrong address when ordering. Can I change the address for my order?

      Once your order has been made ready to ship or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. If the order has already been accepted by the carrier, you will receive a shipping notification from iMile, they will provide a link that you can update the delivery date or address.
      If you haven't received the shipping notification email, please contact HONOR support team.

    • What should I do if I entered the wrong phone number and cannot receive my package?

      If the package hasn't been shipped out: Please cancel the order and replace a new one.
      If the package has been shipped out: You can try to contact with JDL for changing the correct phone number. Or contact HONOR support team for help.

    • Where can I find my discount codes?

      Go to My Account and click Coupons to view your discount codes.

    • Can I add another item to an order placed?

      No. You cannot add extra items to an already placed order. You would have to place a new order.

    • How do I make payment if I see an inventory shortage on the shopping cart page?

      You are unable to complete the payment because the product is out of stock, you can click Notify me so that you can receive the information when the products available.

    • What kind of personal information do I need to provide when placing an order?

      When placing an order, you are required to enter the full name, valid address, and contact details of the recipient.

    • I made an order as a guest, can I add this order to my account on HONOR official website?

      Sorry, we currently do not support this.

    • I received additional products / fewer products / wrong deliveries, what should I do?

      Please provide the related proofs and contact HONOR support team for assistance as soon as possible.
