Terms & Conditions for the “HONOR Magic 6 Pro Launch”Campaign

1. Event organizer:

This event is initiated by HONOR MOBILE ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C,

2. Activity period:

Main events are valid from 15/03/2024 to 30/04/2024.

HONOR reserves the right to change a part or whole of the Campaign at any time without notice to the Customer.

3. Event area:

This event is only valid in the UAE and on the “HONOR Online official Store”.

4. Event participants:

To participate in this Event, the Participant must be:

4.1. Eighteen (18) years of age and above.

4.2. Who is a resident in the UAE.

4.3. The Organizer’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the Campaign are excluded from participation.

5. Event description:

This Campaign consists of the following 4 events:

5.1. Trade-in and Save

5.1.1. Event is valid from 15/03/2024 to 30/04/2024.

5.1.2. Customers who sucessfully participated trade-in from HONOR Online Store will stand a chance to win the prizes below, please note that winners will receive the prize coupon by email from HONOR team.

5.2. 10X HONOR Points for Buying HONOR Magic6 pro

5.2.1. The HONOR Points Special Activity Rewards is only available on HIHONOR Website and My HONOR App (UAE) during this HONOR Points Special Activity period. Customer(s) will be entitled to receive the HONOR Points after completing the following activities from March 15 to April 30, 2024

5.2.2. Customer(s) will be entitled to HONOR Points when they participate in selected activities. The details are as follow:

5.2.2.1. 10x Earn Your Points: During the event period (March 15 to April 30, 2024), when customer(s) buying HONOR Magic6 Pro, HONOR Points will be rewarded according to the amount paid which excluding shipping fee ( AED 1= 10 HONOR Points). For the rest of the period (From March 1, 2024 to later) AED 1 = 1 HONOR Point. Rounding value of the HONOR Points will be given if the case of the amount paid in decimal. For example, if the actual payment amount is AED 99.54, Customer(s) will get 995 points. For the rest of the period (From 1st January 2024 to later) user will get 100 points. If a single order contains more than one product, the HONOR Points will be calculated based on the total value of the actual payment amount of all HONOR products (Excluding Services and HONOR Care Products).

5.3. Pay a Deposit

5.3.1. Event is valid from 15/03/2024 to 21/03/2024 6 pm；

5.3.2. Customers need to log in or register a HONOR ID to place a deposit order.

5.3.3. Deposit and balance time: please refer to the information on product buy page.

5.3.4. Product reservation: Each order is limited to 1 product. Please confirm whether the selected product is correct before checkout.

5.3.5. Balance payment: Go to "View Orders" to pay the balance for the product selected during the reservation.

5.3.6. Deposit refund: Log in your HONOR ID and go to "View Orders" to cancel the deposit order (Deposit will not be refunded if the order is not canceled). After canceling the deposit order, the system will automatically apply for a refund order for you, and the money will be withdrawed within 1-3 working days. To refund you we will use the same payment method you use for your order. The specific refund time depends on the processing speed of the third-party payment platform or bank.

5.4. Review and Win

5.4.1. Event is valid from 29/03/2024 to 30/04/2024；

5.4.2. Customers who sucessfully received HONOR Magic6 Pro from HONOR Online Store, didn’t applied for return, and left a review of HONOR Magic6 Pro on HONOR Online Store, will stand a chance to win the prizes below, please note that winners will receive the prize coupon by email from HONOR team.

6. Determination

6.1. Prizes and products are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer's control make it necessary to do so.

6.2. Compensation of the prizes in cash, exchange, or transfer to other persons is excluded.

6.3. The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if you cannot take up the prize.

6.4. The Prizes and products are not resale, have no cash value and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. The Prizes are not covered by any warranty of HONOR.

6.5. Each (1) Customer(s) with the same registered account and/or same identity information with HIHONOR Website can win a maximum of one (1) unit of Prize only. If the mobile phone numbers or addresses of the winners receiving the prizes are the same, we will identify them as the same winner.

6.6. Winners will be notified via their email address or contact number (SMS) (as registered with HIHONOR Website) within 7 days from the date of winner announcement.

6.7. The prizes will be forfeited for the winner who did not redeem or claim the prizes within7 days from the date of the code being sent to the email address.

6.8. Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

6.9. All Products must be returned together with all the accessories and any bundled promotion items and gifts provided together with the Products. These accessories, bundled promotion items, and gifts are only offered under the condition that you keep the Products. To receive your refund, we recommend that you return the accessories and bundled promotion items and gifts in their entirety, Otherwise, returns will not be accepted for a refund.

6.10. All gifts supported by HONOR Online Store are subject to receipt of the actual item (including but not limited to appearance, color, and size).

6.11. Only one coupon can be used per order during this campaign.

7. Data Protection

7.1. Participants will provide their personal information by submitting an entry, which the Organizer will process as the data controller and its authorized agents for campaign administration and prize fulfillment. The personal information that Participants will provide is the Email address. If you don’t provide such information, you are not able to participant in this event. Once you are selected as the winner of this event, we will further collect your information (name, shipping address, phone number) to deliver prizes, and this information will also be shared with logistic service providers.

7.2. We use only your necessary personal data for the organization, selection of winners and redemption of the prize to the winners of the Activity. We use your email address to push new offers/advertisements/activities information, but you have the right to object or stop such data processing by clicking “unsubscribe” link on the push page. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to safeguard personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, or loss.

7.3. Your personal data will be stored in Singapore and retained for 24 months from the end of the campaign. To exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability in relation to your data or providing the directives regarding your personal data after your death, or if you have any complaint or query about how HONOR processes your personal data, contact us by visiting https://www.honor.com/global/privacy/feedback/.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. The Organizer's decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered.

8.2. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, or otherwise, where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavor to minimize the effect to participants to avoid undue disappointment.

8.3. Suppose any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command, or regulation of any government or by the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction. In that case, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

8.4. All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the campaign are governed by the laws of UAE and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE. Mandatory laws of the participant's resident country explicitly apply.
