Terms & Conditions for the “HONOR Magic7 Pro Launch” Campaign

2. Activity period:

Main events are valid from 20/12/2024 to 15/02/2025.

HONOR reserves the right to change a part or whole of the Campaign at any time without giving notice to the Customer.

3. Event area:

This event is only valid in the UAE and on the “HONOR Online official Store”.

4. Event participants:

To participate in this Event, the Participant must be:

4.1. Twenty-one (21) years of age and above.

4.2. Who is a resident in the UAE.

4.3. The Organizer’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the Campaign are excluded from participation.

5. Event description:

This campaign consists of the following 6 events:

5.1. Subscribe and Get Exclusive Early Bird Offers

5.1.1. The event is valid from 20/12/2024 to 15/1/2025.

5.1.2. Customers who participate in the “Subscribe and Get Exclusive Early Bird Offers” event and successfully subscribe to the newsletter from HONOR Online Store will stand a chance to win Exclusive Early Bird Offers. Please note that winners will receive the prize via email or phone from the HONOR team.

5.1.3. The winners will be selected completely at random from the Candidate Pool.

5.2. Subscribe and Stand a Chance to Win 1 HONOR Magic7 Pro

5.2.1. The event is valid from 20/12/2024 to 15/01/2025.

5.2.2. Customers who participate in the “Subscribe and Stand a Chance to Win 1 HONOR Magic7 Pro” event and successfully subscribe to the newsletter from HONOR Online Store will stand a chance to win 1 Coupon to buy HONOR Magic7 Pro Lunar Shadow Grey 12+512 with AED 1, please note that winners will receive the prize via email or phone from the HONOR team.

5.2.3. The 1 winner will be selected completely at random from the Candidate Pool.

5.3. Get 5X HONOR Points when Purchasing HONOR Magic7 Pro

5.3.1. The event is valid from 15/01/2025 to 23/01/2025;

5.3.2. During the event, purchasing HONOR Magic7 Pro will earn 5X points. The points will be issued within 7 days after receiving the goods. Points can be used for discounts in subsequent purchases or redeemed for specific product coupons in My HONOR APP. Please note that you can check your points in the personal center after logging in.

5.4. Using Points to Redeem Pad Bundle in My HONOR APP

5.4.1. The event is valid from 15/01/2025 to 15/02/2025;

5.4.2. Each pad bundle includes 1 HONOR Pad X8 and 1 HONOR Magic7 Pro phone case.

5.4.3. During the event, customers can use 15000 points to redeem a coupon for the Pad Bundle in My HONOR App, and then use the coupon to buy the Pad Bundle with AED 2 in the store. This offer is limited to available stock while supplies last.

5.5. Win a Magic Night at Louvre Abu Dhabi

5.5.1. Participation for the event is valid from 15/01/2025 to 23/01/2025;

5.5.2. This event is jointly organized by HONOR MOBILE ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C and the Louvre Abu Dhabi. During the event, Customers who placed the order and paid in full for the HONOR Magic7 Pro on or before 23/01/2025 will have the opportunity to attend Magic Night at Louvre Abu Dhabi. We will hold a private tour by using your brand-new Honor Magic7 Pro to experience the AI features at the Louvre Abu Dhabi for its new special exhibition.

5.6. Get 3X HONOR Points when Purchasing HONOR Magic7 Pro

5.6.1. The even is valid from 15/01/2025 to 23/01/2025;

5.6.2. During the event, purchasing HONOR Magic7 Pro will earn 3X points. The points will be issued within 7 days after receiving the goods. Points can be used for discounts in subsequent purchases or redeemed for specific product coupons in My HONOR APP. Please note that you can check your points in the personal center after logging in.

6. Determination

6.1. Prizes and products are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer's control make it necessary to do so.

6.2. Compensation for the prizes in cash, exchange, or transfer to other people is excluded.

6.3. The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if you cannot take up the prize.

6.4. The Prizes and products are not resale, have no cash value and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. The Prizes are not covered by any warranty of HONOR.

6.5. Each (1) Customer(s) with the same registered account and/or same identity information with HIHONOR Website can win a maximum of one (1) unit of Prize only. If the mobile phone numbers or addresses of the winners receiving the prizes are the same, we will identify them as the same winner.

6.6. Winners will be notified via their email address or contact number (SMS) (as registered with HIHONOR Website) within 7 days from the date of winner announcement.

6.7. The prizes will be forfeited for the winner who did not redeem or claim the prizes within 7 days from the date of the code being sent to the email address.

6.8. Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other items and is non-transferable.

6.9. All Products must be returned together with all the accessories and any bundled promotion items and gifts provided together with the Products. These accessories, bundled promotion items, and gifts are only offered under the condition that you keep the Products. To receive your refund, we recommend that you return the accessories and bundled promotion items and gifts in their entirety, Otherwise, returns will not be accepted for a refund.

6.10. All gifts supported by HONOR Online Store are subject to receipt of the actual item (including but not limited to appearance, color, and size).

6.11. Only one coupon can be used per order during this campaign.

7. Data Protection

7.1. Participants will provide their personal information by submitting an entry, which the Organizer will process as the data controller and its authorized agents for campaign administration and prize fulfillment. The personal information that Participants will provide is the Email address. If you don’t provide such information, you are not able to participate in this event. Once you are selected as the winner of this event, we will further collect your information (name, shipping address, phone number) to deliver prizes, and this information will also be shared with logistic service providers.

7.2. We use only your necessary personal data for the organization, selection of winners and redemption of the prize to the winners of the Activity. We use your email address to push new offers/advertisements/activities information, but you have the right to object or stop such data processing by clicking “unsubscribe” link on the push page. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to safeguard personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, or loss.

7.3. Your personal data will be stored in Singapore and retained for 24 months from the end of the campaign. 8. Miscellaneous

8.1. The Organizer's decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.2. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, or otherwise, where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavor to minimize the effect to participants to avoid undue disappointment.

8.3. Suppose any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command, or regulation of any government or by the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction. In that case, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

8.4. All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the campaign are governed by the laws of UAE and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE.
