180-Day Screen Protection Service
Once-off screen repair for accidental damage to the device is available within 180 days of purchase. The activity covers the cost of spare parts but excludes labor fees.
36-Month Battery Health Protection Service
Once-off battery replacement for any battery failure or if the battery capacity falls below 80% within 36 months of the device purchase. The activity covers spare part charges but excludes labor fees.
Terms & Conditions
- The offer is valid for consumers purchasing the HONOR 400 Lite during the specified activity period mentioned above.
- This offer and benefits are only applicable to HONOR 400 Lite, which are purchased from official sale points in South Africa.
- To claim above service, the customer shall provide the proof of purchase document (POP) to check the guaranteed service coverability. Failure to provide such POP will result in the device being treated as though it is not covered in terms of this offer, the customer will be liable for all costs of repair/replacement.
- Each service within activity could be claimed once only for each device.
- You can choose to go to any HONOR Authorized service center in South Africa to claim the service or by postal repair.
- HONOR reserve the rights to amend these terms and conditions without prior consent.
