Check notification settings
- Mute status
Swipe down to access the status bar and check if your device is muted. The image below shows how it looks when muted.
- Bildirimlere izin ver
Go to Ayarlar, search for Uygulamalar and find Messages. Tap Bildirimler , then turn on Bildirimlere izin ver. If it's already on, toggle it off and back on.
- Rahatsız Etmeyin
Go to Ayarlar, search for Rahatsız Etmeyin, and turn Rahatsız Etmeyin off if it's on.
- Sessiz bildirimler
Go to Ayarlar, search for Uygulamalar and find Messages. Tap Bildirimler, select card 1 or card 2, then turn off Sessiz bildirimler.
Clear data
There might be a data issue with your Messages. Try clearing your data:
- Go to Ayarlar, search for Uygulamalar, find Messages, tap , and restart your phone.
- Restore all settings: Go to Ayarlar, search for Tüm ayarları sıfırla, then tap Tüm ayarları sıfırla.
This won't delete data or files but will reset your network settings, fingerprint configurations, face ID, and lock screen password.
Services like Find My Phone and your HONOR ID will remain. However, your home screen layout may change. For instance, some widgets may disappear while native apps return to their default locations.
