Some app functions are unavailable after I power on my phone but haven't yet unlocked the screen

Problem:

Only the phone number is displayed when a call from a saved contact comes in after the phone is powered on but the screen is still locked.
There is no access to Camera on the home screen after the phone is powered on but the screen is still locked.
Some apps can be opened directly on the home screen, while some require a password, such as Scan QR code, Stopwatch, and Recorder, after the phone is powered on but the screen is still locked.
The pre-set alarm ringtone is restored to the default one after the phone is powered on but the screen is still locked.
The phone can't switch between lock screen wallpapers, even though Magazine unlock is enabled, after the phone is powered on but the screen is still locked.
No screenshot can be taken after the phone is powered on but the screen is locked.

Cause:

To protect your data, your phone adopts file-level encryption. When you power on your phone but don't unlock the screen, your phone's data storage is still encrypted, and apps can't be accessed. Therefore, some app functions are unavailable.
