Battery Care Service Terms and Conditions
The Battery Care Service (collectively, “Battery Care Service”) is provided by HONOR Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“HONOR”).
To be eligible to the Battery Care Service, customers are required to fulfil all the criteria below (“Customers”):
(a) Customers must purchase any of the following eligible HONOR product models (“Applicable Product”):

(b) Purchase must be within Malaysia only.
(c) Customers must activate the Applicable Product within the Warranty Period above.
1. Below are the specific terms and conditions applicable to Battery Care Service:
(a) The Battery Care Service is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase of the Applicable Product (“Battery Care Service Period”). The Applicable Product and other spare parts shall be subject to the same terms of HONOR’s standard warranty service terms in the HONOR’s Warranty Policy which is available at https://www.honor.com/my/support/warranty-policy/
(b) The Battery Care Service is valid for any Applicable Product with battery consumption and capacity of 84% or below within the Battery Care Service Period. Subject to the Battery Care Diagnosis described in Section 1 (c) below, the eligible device will be entitled to a new battery replacement:
(c) Battery life diagnosis for the Applicable Product is based on the battery diagnosis detection tools result as well as the Window Battery Report (“Battery Life Diagnosis”). New battery replacement for the Applicable Product shall be subject to the final decision of HONOR Authorised Service Centers based on the said Battery Life Diagnosis.

Customers are advised
to check on HIHONOR Website for any latest changes to the terms of the Warranty
Policy which can be updated from time to time by HONOR.
(e) The Battery Care Service will become invalid in any of the following scenario:
(i) The Battery Care Service Period has expired, or the Battery Care Service has been used/claimed before during the Battery Care Service Period;
(ii) The device has been disassembled or repaired somewhere other than HONOR Authorised Service Centers;
(iii) Any damage to the device is a result of mishandling or is caused by human factors;
(iv) Any damage caused by water damage, corrosion;
(v) Any issues or defects caused by unauthorized modifications or failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation, operation, or maintenance instructions; and/or
(vi) Any damage that is intentionally or deliberately caused by the Customers.
2. The Battery Care Service non-refundable and non-transferable. If the Customers successfully replaced the device, the replacement device will inherit remaining period of the warranty purchased.
3. Customers agree and provide consent to HONOR to the use of any personal data as provided by the Customers for the purposes of the provision of the Battery Care Service in line with the applicable personal data protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HONOR for lawful purpose directly related to the Battery Care Service, including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and provision of the Battery Care Service by HONOR.
4. By providing the personal data, Customers confirm that they had read, understood, and agreed to be bound by HONOR’s Privacy Policy stated at https://www.honor.com/my/support/service-privacy-notice/. Customers further agree that HONOR and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact them by telephone, email, or such other method in connection with the Battery Care Service.
5. By claiming or using the Battery Care Service, Customers agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions hereinafter provided and HONOR’s decisions shall be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HONOR reserves the rights to add, amend or vary these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice to the Customer.
6. To the fullest extent permissible by laws, Customers agree to discharge and release HONOR and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to the Honor Care Service.
7. The Honor Care Service and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
