I cannot take screenshots in WeChat

Problem

When the user tries to take a screenshot in WeChat, they are unable to do so.

Cause

This is an issue with the screenshot settings in WeChat.

Solution

Click the triangle beside the screenshot icon, then de-select Hide this window when taking screenshot.
