If the projection of your mobile phone/tablet fails, you can try the following solutions.
1.Switch on DLNA service
TVs of Hisense, Konka, LetV and other brands have a DLNA service switch in the device, which needs to be switched on (if the switch is not found, please consult the TV manufacturer).
2.Check projection mode
DLNA Screen Casting: This method of screen casting only supports the system's Gallery app. Other applications do not support DLNA screen casting through the system (however, some apps have built-in support for DLNA casting, which can be utilized within those apps).
Check whether the DLNA service is used for the projection.
Pull down the status bar, switch on Wireless Projection (Multi-Screen Display), and check the projection device list. If the icon displayed on the TV is , the DLNA service is used for the projection.
3.Reboot the device
- Reboot the TV, TV box and router
- Close and reopen the video application
- Make sure your phone and TV are connected to the same WiFi
4.Clear cache
Open Settings, search for and enter Application Management, click > Show System Program, find Wireless Projection (Multi-Screen Display), and click Storage > Clear Cache > Delete Data.
5.Check whether WLAN+ is on
When WLAN+ is on, the projection may be affected. In the drop-down interface of the phone, search for WLAN+ in the search box, and switch off WLAN+.
The WLAN+ is to preferentially select the optimal WLAN. As a result, the two terminals may not belong to the same LAN.
6.Reset network settings
Open Settings, search for Reset Network Settings in the search bar, and click Reset Network Settings.
After clicking Reset Network Settings, the data of WLAN, mobile network, and Bluetooth will be cleared.
7.Others
If the problem still cannot be solved, please back up your data and bring the device and purchase voucher to a nearby Honor authorized service center for assistance.
