Games load, start, and log in slowly

1 Check whether it is the first time that the game is started

If the game is started for the first time, after the phone system is updated, or after the game data has been cleared, the app needs to decompress or download the update package. This process takes a long time and does not indicate any problems.

2 Check the network condition

If the network signal is weak or the network speed is low, it may take a long time for the game to load and update resources. In this case, switch to another network and try again.

3 Check the server

The game server is abnormal. As a result, the game may respond slowly or be delayed during login or gameplay.

Use another phone to log in to the game app. If the same issue occurs, there is probably an issue with the game server. In this case, contact the game app's customer service personnel for assistance.

4 Check whether the storage space of the device is sufficient

Keep at least 10% of storage space free to prevent the game from loading slowly due to insufficient storage space.

5 Clear background apps

Before gameplay, go to the recent tasks screen and touch to clear background apps.

6 Pause any downloads, updates, or file copying operations that are running in the background

Downloading or copying files in the background occupies system resources. Therefore, try to avoid performing multiple download tasks at the same time.

7 Disable power saving mode and ensure that the battery level is sufficient

If you have enabled power saving mode, it is recommended that you go to Settings > Battery > Power saving mode and disable it, and ensure that the battery level is sufficient (more than 20%). If Power saving mode is enabled or the battery level is low, your phone will restrict some phone features from working in order to extend the battery life.

8 Restart your phone

Power off and then power on your phone. If your phone has not been powered off for a long time, the system may become overloaded with data and background processes, affecting the performance of your phone.

9 Update the system

Check whether your phone is running the latest system version. If not, update your phone to the latest version and try again.
