Problem:
After restarting the phone/tablet, the user is unable to unlock the phone/tablet screen using the password or fingerprint for a sub-user.
Solution:
By design, the phone/tablet will switch to Owner mode after it has been restarted. Use the password or fingerprint for the owner to access the phone/tablet and then switch to Sub-user mode.
Note: You can swipe down from the status bar to open the notification panel and then touch 
to check the sub-users that have been created on your phone/tablet.
