There is a color cast on all interfaces in your phone.
There is a color cast on all interfaces in your phone, such as WeChat pictures and TikTok videos.
Solution:
- On the home screen of the phone, swipe down from the center, search for and access Color Temperature, and select Default.
- On the home screen of the phone, swipe down from the top and check if Eye Comfort is enabled. If yes, diable it.
- Compare with other phones. Open Settings, compare the white screenand see if there is a cast cast.
All other screens appear to have normal colors. Only the camera's viewfinder screen or photos have a color cast
Solution:
- Special camera mode is in use: Tap the settings icon in the upper-right corner of the camera screen, and at the bottom of the menu, tap "Restore default value".
- Difference in display effects: Send the picture to other phones and see if the issue is caused by display effects.
- Use the Pro mode: This mode does not optimize photos too much to keep more raw information, providing users with a higher degree of shooting freedom and source materials. Suitable for users with basic photography knowledge and image post-processing ability.
If the preceding settings are normal, but the issue persists, take your phone and the proof of purchase to an HONOR Authorized Service Center for assistance.
