Problem:
The cutouts of the TPU protective case do not fit the phone's/tablet's camera lens, fingerprint sensor, ports, and buttons.
Cause:
In order to have a better grab and achieve better protection for the phone/tablet, the case is designed to fit tightly into the phone/tablet. Misalignment might occur during the first installation, and minor misalignment will not affect the use. If the case is seriously out of place, it will need to be reinstalled.
Solution:
If the misalignment affects your normal use, remove and re-attach the protective case to your phone/tablet as follows:
Slightly adjust the TPU protective case.
- Attach the protective case from top to bottom, aligning the camera cutout with your phone's/tablet's camera first, and then the other cutouts.
- Slightly adjust the case when necessary.
