Problem:
Problem 1: When playing music in the background, the user touches 
on the recent tasks screen, but the music playback continues.
Problem 2: When playing music in the background, the user closes the music player app from the recent tasks screen, but the music playback continues.
Cause:
Cause 1: By design, touching 
will not close active music player apps.
Cause 2: By design, active music player apps will not be closed .
Solution:
- If the notification panel displays a notification from the music player app, close the notification.
- If a home screen widget has been added for the music player app, touch the widget to stop playing music.
- If the issue persists, stop the music playback manually from within the music player app.
