If the battery level drops sharply or the display is abnormal when you are using your phone/tablet, perform the following steps:

If the ambient temperature is too low or too high

When the environment temperature is too low, the device battery power decreases at different degrees, and the charging speed is slower than that in the normal atmospheric temperature. When an app with high power consumption (like an app for image shooting, video recording, or gaming) is running, as the battery power is consumed, the residual usable power changes more rapidly than it does in the normal atmospheric temperature. In such a case, there is a possibility that the device is powered off automatically, which is caused by the thermal shutdown mechanism. This is normal. When the device is used in the normal atmospheric temperature, it can restore to its normal state.

The ideal working temperature for your phone/tablet is from 0°C to 35°C. Overly low or high temperatures might negatively affect the battery performance. Therefore, avoid using your phone/tablet outside the normal temperature range.

If your phone/tablet has just been powered on, has a low battery, or has been in sleep mode for a long time

Your phone/tablet may automatically calibrate its battery level, and the displayed battery level may be adjusted within a certain range. This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your phone/tablet.

If your device encounters the problem of significant drop in the battery power or battery power consumed too fast, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Honor Customer Service Center for assistance.
