Screen and Back Cover Protection (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is offered by Honor Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No.: 202101003804 (1404103-P)), with registered office at Level 23A & 25, Menara Binjai, No. 2, Jalan Binjai, 50450 Kuala Lumpur (“HONOR”). These Terms and Conditions serve as an effective contract between you and HONOR regarding the Service. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By utilizing this service, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from proceeding with the operation or purchase, as you will not be able to benefit from this service.

1. Service Content

1.1 Upon acquiring the Screen and Back Cover Protection (whether purchased or gifted), your device is covered for a duration of 365 days under normal usage conditions. This protection applies to cracks, damage, or breakage of the screen and back cover resulting solely from accidental collisions, falls, or drops.

1.2 The trade-in service under this Program is provided to Customer by third party trade in partners including Remobie Technologies Co., Ltd (https://www.remobie.com/.), CompAsia Sdn Bhd (https://compasia.my/. ), Gadget Flow Inc. (hhttp://www.recreu.com/.) and other eligible trade in partners as may be appointed by HONOR from time to time (“Trade in Partner”). HONOR is merely acting as the coordinator for the trade-in transaction under this Program. The relevant terms and conditions set out by the Trade in Partner will apply to the trade-in transaction.

1.3 The sale transaction in this Program is between the selected participating outlet(s) set out in Paragraph 4 below (“Participating Outlet(s)”) and Customer. HONOR only provides the recommended retail price ("RRP") and guidance on this site. Please refer to Paragraph 4 below for more details and restrictions about the Participating Outlet(s).

1.4 HONOR is only a platform of communication among the Trade in Partner, the Participating Outlet and the Customer. HONOR shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Customer participating in this Program.

2 Trade-In Mechanics

2.1 Customer will be entitled to trade-in their old device at a trade-in value specified by the Trade in Partner, and set-off that value within the same transaction at the Participating Outlet(s).

2.2 For a list of eligible devices for this Program, please refer to the Trade-In Device List available at https://www.honor.com/my/shop/trade-in/. . Devices which are not listed in the aforementioned link may still be eligible, subject to the Participating Outlet(s)’ confirmation. Customer may bring the devices to the Participating Outlet(s) and if eligible, the device(s) trade-in value will be quoted according to the Trade in Partner’s App.

2.3 Customer is entitled to trade-in multiple device(s), up to a maximum of five (5) devices in a single transaction for every purchase of an eligible device. Designated smartphones, laptops, and tablets are eligible for trade-in under this Program.

2.4 In the event that the trade-in value of the device(s) exceeds the cost of the device purchased, the excess amount is not exchangeable for cash.

2.5 The trade-in transaction is between the Trade in Partner and the Customer whereby the Trade in Partner shall determine the trade-in value using its digital application (i.e. Trade in Partner’s App) and HONOR is merely acting as the coordinator for the trade-in transaction under this Program.

2.6 The trade-in values provided in the list are indicative, and subject to the condition of the trade in device, the model and brand of the trade-in device, and the purchased device model. Values will differ if there is any physical or functional damage identified, or when market value of the devices fluctuate. The accurate value of the trade-in device will be determined after assessment using the Trade in Partner’s App at the Participating Outlet(s).

2.7 The Trade in Partner’s App shall compute and provide a quotation through a series of automated tests, user-assisted tests and user-declared conditions. The actual trade-in value quotation shall be computed according to the types and quantity of defects found. During the device inspection by sales staff at the Participating Outlet(s), should the sales staff find any mismatch between the actual and declared condition of the device, a revised trade-in value will be offered. If Customer is agreeable, the trade-in transaction shall be completed with this revised trade-in value. Otherwise, the device will be returned to the Customer without any charges or payment.

2.8 Personal device locks (PIN, passcode, fingerprint, facial) and accounts must be removed before the trade-in of device takes place. Should there be any locked devices provided by the Customer for trade-in, such locked devices are subject to Trade in Partner’s major device grading discrepancy handling process.

3 Promotion Period and Trade-In Price Validity

3.1 The Promotion will run from 15th July 2025, 10.00 a.m. to 31 August 2025, 11.59 p.m. (Malaysian standard time) or while promotional stocks last, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). HONOR reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Promotion Period at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

3.2 The trade-in price under this Program is fully determined and covered by the Trade in Partner. Trade-In Prices are subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of the Trade in Partner. For the latest trade-in price, please check with the sales staff at the Participating Outlet(s).

3.5 Any damage resulting from and/or caused by any of the incidents below will be excluded from the Screen Protection.

4 Participating Outlets

5 Eligibility

5.1 The Program is open to the following:

(i) All Malaysians or permanent residents of Malaysia; and

(ii) Aged eighteen (18) and above at the time when trade-in takes place.

5.2 By providing Customer’s personal data, Customer is indicating that he/she has read, understood and agreed that his/her personal data will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed by HONOR and the Trade in Partner in accordance with the applicable privacy policy. Please refer to HONOR Platform Privacy Statement. for further details.

5.3 The Trade in Partner’s trade-in pricing under this Program is fully underwritten by the Trade in Partner. HONOR shall not be liable to any trade-in quotation and deduction matters.

5.4 In the event HONOR suspects or discovers that the Customer is abusing this Program and/or HONOR in any of the ways mentioned above or otherwise, HONOR may, at its sole discretion, take necessary steps to prevent and mitigate such abuse such as limiting, suspending, or terminating the Customer's user account(s) and access to this site, delaying or removing hosted content, removing any special status associated with Customer account(s), reducing or eliminating any discounts, and taking technical and/or legal steps to prevent Customer from using this site.

6 General

6.1 Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless HONOR, its subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees, from any claim or demand or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, initiated/made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Customer's breach of these Terms and Conditions or any document(s) incorporated by reference or your violation of any law, rules, regulations or the rights of a third party.

6.2 HONOR reserves the right to make any changes and/or amendments to the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

6.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and disputes directly or indirectly arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
