2. Is instalment payment interest-free?

Yes. The instalment payment of 6 months, 12 months and 24 months are interest-free as provided by Maybank.

3. What type of bank card is available for instalment payment?

This instalment payment is available for Maybank VISA or MASTER Credit Card only. Please note that the instalment payment is not available for Maybank AMEX Charge Card or Debit Card.

4. Is instalment payment available for all products in our online store?

Instalment payment is available if the highest price product of the order is at least RM500 but not exceeding RM12,000 in a single transaction.

Below are the types of 3 instalment period after applying promotion/voucher:

5. Can I pay in instalments if my total order amount is lower than RM500.00 after using the coupon?

6. Is instalment payment also available for orders place during pre-order and other promotional period (such as new product launch and special holiday promotion)?

Yes, the instalment payment is also available for selected products during our pre-sale and other promotional period provided that the total order amount is at least RM500.00 but not exceeding RM12,000.00 in a single transaction.

7. After paying in instalments, when can I receive a refund if I apply for a return?

We will process the refund within 14 days but the actual refund time is depending on the bank.

8. If I place an order for two products in one transaction, can I choose different instalment payment method for each product?

No, you should place the two separate orders for two products if you want to choose a different instalment plan for each product.

9. How to complete the instalment payment?

a. Select the payment method and choose the instalment period (ie. 6 months, 12 months or 24 months) that you wish.

b. Fill in your card information.
