HONOR 400 SERIES CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

This HONOR 400 Series Products Campaign (“Campaign”) will run from 5th May 10:00 AM (GMT+8) to 30th June 2025 23:59 AM (GMT +8) (“Campaign Period”). Honor Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 202101003804) (1404103-P) (“HONOR”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Campaign Mechanism
1.Eligibility

To participate in this Campaign, the customer(s) (“Customer(s)”) must be:

(i) individual(s) residing in Malaysia; and

(ii) eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 5th May 2025.

2. Events

This Campaign consists of the following Six (6) events:

(a) Spin-the-Wheel Prize Draw

(i) The Spin-the-Wheel Prize Draw event will run from 5th May 2025 10:00AM (GMT+8) to 21st May 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8) (“Spin-the-Wheel Prize Draw Period”) on HONOR Website at https://www.honor.com/my/shop/new-launch/.

(ii) To be eligible for participation in the Spin-the-Wheel Prize Draw event, Customer(s) shall fulfill the following requirements:

(1) Complete registration or log in to an active HONOR account;

(2) Accurately respond to all HONOR-designated quiz questions.

Qualified participants shall be entitled to claim the rewards specified below (“Spin-the-Wheel Prize Draw Prize”):

(iii) Eligible Customer(s) shall be entitled to one (1) daily participation attempt in the Spin-the-Wheel Prize Draw event.

(iv) Each Customer utilizing identical verification credentials (including but not limited to phone number or email address linked to an HONOR Account) shall be restricted to claiming one (1) reward under this event, regardless of multiple participation attempts or account affiliations.

(v) Winners of physical Prizes like HONOR CHOICE Haylou Watch and HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X5 will be contacted to confirm shipping address via their email address or Phone number (as register on HONOR Website) on 26th May 2025. The other Prizes such as voucher and HONOR Points will be automatically sent to winner’s account.

(vii) The Spin-the-Wheel Prize Draw Prize will be forfeited if the winner fails to claim the prize within two (2) weeks from the date on which the notification email or message is sent to the registered email address or contact number.

(viii) The Spin-the-Wheel Prize Draw Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(ix) The Spin-the-Wheel Prize Draw Prize is not covered by any warranty of HONOR.

(x) The Spin-the-Wheel Prize Draw Prize is subject to availability and HONOR reserves the right to substitute the Spin-the-Wheel Prize Draw Prize with another prize of similar value.

(xi) This Spin-the-Wheel Prize Draw Event is only available on HONOR Website.

(b) HONOR Points Promotion

(i) The HONOR Points Promotion will run from 5th May 2025 10:00AM (GMT+8) to 29th May 2025 3:00PM (GMT +8) (“HONOR Points Promotion Period”)

(ii)During the HONOR Points Promotion Period, Customer(s) will receive HONOR Points when they participate in designated activities in accordance with the manners set out herein. The details are as follows:

(a) Registration and Login into account: After successfully registering and logging in to My HONOR App or www.honor.com/my, Customer(s) will receive 4,000 HONOR Points when they log in to their HONOR Account for the first-time from 5th May 2025 10:00AM (GMT+8) to 21st May 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8). Each Customer with the same registered account, such as phone number or email address can get only One (1) time HONOR Points reward.

(b) Sharing: Customer(s) can earn HONOR Points for by sharing the activity link of https://www.honor.com/my/shop/new-launch/ to their social media account on Facebook, Telegram, Twitter and WhatsApp. Customer(s) will get 40 HONOR Points for each share, and the daily score limit is 200 HONOR Points. Please note that simply copying the link or press Copy Link will not be qualified to receive any HONOR Points. To receive the HONOR Points, Customer(s) must login in to their account and share the activity link of https://www.honor.com/my/shop/new-launch/ from 5th May 2025 10:00AM (GMT+8) to 21th May 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8).

(c) Shopping:

(1)Earn HONOR Points

Customers who purchase new HONOR products through the My HONOR App or www.honor.com/my/ during the Preorder Period from 22nd May 2025 4:00PM (GMT+8) to 29th May 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8) and complete full payment will earn 4 times of the standard HONOR Points (i.e., RM1 = 4 HONOR Points). Rounding value of the HONOR Point will be given if the case where the payment amount includes decimal. For example, if the actual payment amount is RM99.4, the customer will receive 398 points. If a single order contains different types of products, the points will be calculated based on the actual payment amount of HONOR 400 Pro and HONOR 400 (applicable to HONOR 400 Pro and HONOR 400 as designated by HONOR only).

Rounding value of the HONOR Point will be given if the case of the amount paid in decimal. For example, if the actual payment amount is RM99.4, users will get 398 points. If a single order contains different types of products, the points will be calculated based on the actual payment amount of HONOR 400 Pro and HONOR 400.

To receive the HONOR Points, Customer(s) must successfully:

• Register or log in to your HONOR account.

• Complete full payment for online purchases of HONOR 400 Pro and HONOR 400 during the Preorder Period from 22nd May 2025 4:00PM (GMT+8) to 29th May 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8) .

Note: This promotion applies exclusively to HONOR 400 Pro and HONOR 400. HONOR Points will not be awarded for canceled/returned orders.

(2)HONOR Points Redemption

HONOR Points can be redeemed as cash credits toward purchases of HONOR products on the My HONOR App or www.honor.com/my and are not applicable to deposits or store transactions. During the Preorder Period, Points can be redeemed at 4 times the standard value (i.e., 100 HONOR Points=RM4) when purchasing designated HONOR 400 Pro and HONOR 400, provided that (i) the maximum redemption value is capped at RM400 per order, and (ii) the total amount deductible using HONOR points shall not exceed 30% of the total value of the order of the HONOR 400 Pro and HONOR 400.

As an illustration: For an order totaling RM1,500, the maximum deductible amount is calculated as RM1,500 × 30% = RM450. However, due to the RM400 cap under the 4x value redemption rate (100 points = RM4), only RM400 can be offset using 10,000 points (100 points/RM4 × RM400). The remaining eligible amount of RM50 (RM450 − RM400) can be redeemed at the standard normal rate of 100 points = RM1, requiring an additional 5,000 points, resulting in a total requirement of 15,000 points to fully utilize the 30% deduction limit.

(iii) HONOR Points can only be used within the corresponding account and cannot be redeemed to or exchange for cash, sold, or transferred. If a customer cancels or deletes his/her HONOR account, the points earned by that account will be forfeited and invalidated.

(iv) HONOR Points will not be awarded or given for any HONOR Points Activities in the event that a user fails to complete all necessary requirements and steps within the designated participation period. HONOR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate activity terms, including point values or eligibility criteria, without prior notice. Accumulated points remain subject to the platform’s standard expiration policy and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash.

(c) HONOR 400 Series Deposit Preorder

(i) The HONOR 400 Series Deposit Preorder event will run from 22nd May 2025 4:00PM (GMT+8) to 29th May 2025 3:00PM (GMT +8) (“Deposit Pre-order Period”).

(ii) During the Deposit Pre-order Period, Customer(s) may place a deposit to reserve HONOR 400 Pro or HONOR 400 12GB+512GB. After payment of the deposit, Customer(s) are required to complete the purchase transaction of HONOR 400 Pro or HONOR 400 12GB+512GB within the Deposit Pre-order Period. Upon successful completion of the purchase, Customer(s) will receive one (1) unit of the following exclusive gifts:

(iii) To be eligible for exclusive gifts, Customer(s) shall fulfill all the criteria below:

(a) Customer(s) must pay a deposit of RM100 and complete the remaining balance payment for the purchase of HONOR 400 Pro or HONOR 400 12GB+512GB in accordance with the manner set out herein. For in-store pickup, a pickup code will be sent via SMS and email. Customer(s) are required to provide the pickup at the designated pick-up store for verification between 30th May 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) and 15th June 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8).

(iv) The purchase terms and conditions and free gifts under this event may vary from different channels, kindly refer to the relevant stores for the applicable terms and conditions before placing your order.

(v) The deposit is not refundable and cannot be used for any models or products other than for the purchase of HONOR 400 Pro or HONOR 400 12GB+512GB.

(vi) Each Customer with the same registered account and/or same identity information on HONOR Website may reserve and purchase a maximum of four (4) units of HONOR 400 Series during the Deposit Preorder Period. This includes 2 units of the HONOR 400 Pro and 2 units of the HONOR 400 12GB+512GB memory version. HONOR reserves the rights to cancel orders more than two (2) with the same/similar account or identity information.

(vii) The purchase terms and conditions and free gifts under this event may vary from different channels, kindly refer to the relevant stores for the applicable purchase terms and conditions before placing your order.

(viii) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the HONOR 400 Series Deposit Preorder Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in HONOR’s Warranty Policy. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the HONOR 400 Series Deposit Preorder Period that come with other services, please note that these services are subject to the HONOR Care Terms and Conditions.

(ix) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website and My HONOR App for any latest changes to the terms which may be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(x) All free gifts are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR, except for the following:

• HONOR CHOICE Active Noise Cancelling Headphones is covered by 7 days One to One exchange warranty

(xi) All free gifts are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(xii) HONOR reserves the rights to change and/or replace any free gifts with another free gifts of the similar value.

(d) HONOR 400 Series Full Payment Preorder

(i) The HONOR 400 Series Full Payment Preorder event (“HONOR 400 Series Full Payment Preorder Event”) will run from 22nd May 2025 4:00PM (GMT+8) to 29th May 2025 3:00PM (GMT +8) (“HONOR 400 Series Full Payment Preorder Period”).

(ii) Customer(s) who purchases the HONOR 400 Pro or HONOR 400 12GB+512GB during the HONOR 400 Series Full Payment Preorder Event Period will receive one (1) unit of the following free gifts:

(iii) The purchase terms and conditions and the free gifts under this event may vary from different channels, kindly refer to the relevant stores for the applicable purchase terms and conditions before placing your order.

(iv) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the HONOR 400 Series Full Payment Preorder Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in HONOR’s Warranty Policy. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the HONOR 400 Series Full Payment Preorder Period that come with other services, please note that these services are subject to the HONOR Care Terms and Conditions.

(v) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website for any latest changes to the terms which may be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(vi) All free gifts are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR, except for the following:

• HONOR CHOICE Active Noise Cancelling Headphones is covered by 7 days One to One exchange warranty

(vii) All free gifts are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(viii) HONOR reserves the rights to change and/or replace any free gifts with another free gifts of the similar value.

(e) HONOR All-Scenario Products Full Payment Preorder

(i) The HONOR All-Scenario Products Full Payment Preorder event (“HONOR All-Scenario Products Full Payment Preorder Event”) will run from 22nd May 2025 4:00PM (GMT+8) to 29th May 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8) (“HONOR All-Scenario Products Full Payment Preorder Period”).

(ii) Customer(s) who purchases the HONOR Pad X9a or HONOR Pad V9 during the HONOR All-Scenario Products Full Payment Preorder Event Period will receive one (1) unit of the following free gifts:

(iii) The purchase terms and conditions and the free gifts under this event may vary from different channels, kindly refer to the relevant stores for the applicable purchase terms and conditions before placing your order.

(iv) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the HONOR All-Scenario Products Full Payment Preorder Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in HONOR’s Warranty Policy. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the HONOR All-Scenario Products Full Payment Preorder Period that come with other services, please note that these services are subject to the HONOR Care Terms and Conditions.

(v) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website for any latest changes to the terms which may be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(vi) All free gifts are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR.

(vii) All free gifts are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(viii) HONOR reserves the rights to change and/or replace any free gifts with another free gifts of the similar value.

(f) HONOR Points Redeem

(i) The HONOR Points Redeem event will run from 30th May 2025 00:00AM (GMT+8) to 15th June 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8) (“HONOR Points Redeem Period”).

(ii) Customer(s) may redeem their HONOR Points, provided that a sufficient balance is available in their account, within the HONOR Points Redeem Period. Available redemption offers (i.e. Discount Vouchers and Physical Products) and the corresponding number of HONOR Points required for each product, shall be published in the HONOR Points Store accessible via My HONOR APP.

(iii) The HONOR Points Redeem Products above are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(iv) All HONOR Points Redeem Products are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable and HONOR Points cannot be returned once redeem.

(v) All HONOR Points Redeem Products given under this event are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR.

(vi) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App or any latest changes to the terms which may be updated from time to time by HONOR.

General

(i) The Customer(s) agrees and consents to HONOR for the use of any of the Customer(s) personal data for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HONOR for a lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management of this Campaign.

(ii) By providing the personal data, the Customer(s) confirms that (a) he/she agrees and consents to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations; and (b) he/she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by Statement About HONOR Platform and Privacy and HONOR’s Marketing Activities Privacy Statement. The Customer(s) further agrees that HONOR and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact the Customer(s) by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Campaign. If the Customers(s) need to exercise your privacy rights and lodge a complaint about privacy protection, please contact us by visiting the Privacy Questions page, we will reply as soon as possible.

(iii) In the event that any prizes or free gifts are being given to the Customer(s)' having provided a false or mistaken identity or information, HONOR shall have the right to revoke the Customer(s)’ eligibility for the said prizes or free gifts.

(iv) By participating in this Campaign, Customer(s) agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and HONOR’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HONOR reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.

(v) In accepting any prizes or free gifts, the winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Campaign. The winners agree to grant HONOR a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

(vi) HONOR assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.

(vii) HONOR shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Customer(s) in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Campaign.

(viii) The Customer(s) agrees to discharge and release HONOR from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or the Customer’s entry in this Campaign.

(ix) The Customer(s) further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Campaign, including Facebook and other social media platform, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign.

(x) Save where it is otherwise prohibited by the applicable laws, in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any claims relating to the Campaign and/or any activities operated by authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, nor shall HONOR be held responsible for any payment made by the Customer(s) to authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, or for the fulfilment of the sales transaction by such parties.

(xi) Without prejudice to the foregoing and save where otherwise prohibited by law:- (1) in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, howsoever remote even if such losses were foreseeable or if HONOR was advised of the possibility of such damages; and (2) if HONOR is adjudicated by a local court of competent jurisdiction to be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or is in any way connected to this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR’s total liability shall in no event exceed RM50.00.

(xii) By participating in this Campaign and any events therein, the Customer(s) agrees to indemnify and hold HONOR and HONOR Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by HONOR due to or in any way arising from this Campaign.

(xiii) If Customer(s) are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.

(xiv) Where any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Campaign Period is returned to HONOR in accordance with its standard return policy, all free gifts received for the purchase must also be returned together with the HONOR product(s).

(xv) HONOR reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions at any time without further notice.

(xvi) This Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
