Heavy Usage: 10 Days The watch is designed to work with an Honor phone. 60 minutes of Bluetooth calls per week, 180 minutes of workouts per week, intelligent heart rate monitoring, manual heart rate measurement once per day, manual blood oxygen measurement twice per day, 7 hours of scientific sleep tracking per night, notifications enabled (50 messages, 6 calls, and 3 alarms per day), screen activated 300 times per day,data synced 20 times per day, up to 10 days of battery life. AOD Mode: 5 Days.The watch is designed to work with an Honor phone. • To change themes, download the HONOR Health app and install new watch faces from the watch face marketplace. Rise-to-wake screen disabled by default; enable it via Settings > Watch Face & Home Screen > Rise-to-wake screen.
• Naps under 15 minutes or sleep in non-standard environments (e.g., naps during travel) will not be recorded. Tracking may vary based on usage habits, individual differences, and environmental factors. Please refer to actual conditions.
• The accuracy and sensitivity of automatic recognition may vary with the individual and depend on the posture and proficiency of the exercise. Short durations of exercise or frequent changes in posture may prevent the automatic recognition function from being triggered. Running courses and stretching guidance require the use of the HONOR Health app.
• Compliant with the ISO 22810:2010 standard for 1ATM water resistance, the watch can withstand pressure equivalent to 10 meters of still water for up to 10 minutes. However, this does not equate to actual waterproofing at a depth of 10 meters. It also meets the IP68 protection standard as defined in IEC 60529:2013. Suitable for daily water resistance but not for swimming or other water-related activities. The water resistance is not permanent and may diminish over time due to regular wear and tear.
• The remote camera control and smart reminder features require an HONOR phone with Magic UI 6.0 or higher version.
• SOS One-Tap Assistance requires Bluetooth connection between the watch and phone, with the SOS emergency contact feature enabled on the watch. Press the top button five times to call your emergency contact.
