3. Service Availability
1). The service benefits have not been used during the validity period (15 days).
2). The service can only be used in the country where it was purchased.

4. Not covered by HONOR Care Screen Replacement Service
1). Any modification, disassembly, repair without the authorization of HONOR.
2). Host product nameplate, serial number missing, damaged or altered and cannot determine whether it belongs to the covered product.
3). Loss of digital accessories and consumables.
4). Losses caused by intentional acts.
5). Disassembly and maintenance at repair points not authorized by HONOR, alteration or modification of the product without HONOR's authorization, or failure to follow HONOR's installation, operation, use, and maintenance instructions.
6). Damage to the product determined to be lost or stolen.

5. Assignment or Withdrawal
1). You are aware that this service is a virtual product, this service needs to be tied to the device you purchased, you may not transfer this service product.
2). If you do not use the service within 15 days after the purchase of the service, the purchase fee will be automatically refunded to you.

6. Exclusion of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any of the following:
