Problem:
On a phone the user swipes down from the status bar to open the notification panel, touches and holds the Hotspot icon, but then cannot find the Max connections allowed option. They are also unable to find this option after going to .
Cause:
To prevent misoperations, this option has been removed. The maximum number of connections allowed for personal hotspots is 8 by default.
This FAQ is not applicable to phone models on which the Max connections allowed option is still available.
