1.The above offer does not cover intentional or user induced damage, wear and tear or damage as a result of negligent or improper use, and physical damage or corrosion caused by liquid or moisture intrusion, unauthorized repairs (or alterations to the device or its software), blacklisted devices. Please handle your device with care and as prescribed by the manufacturer. Unless otherwise specified you will be charged a specified amount or labor fees.
2.The cover shall run concurrently with any other warranties provided in law, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, as amended.
3.To claim above service offer, the customer must provide the proof of purchase document (POP) to check the guaranteed service coverability. Failure to provide such POP will result in the device being treated as though it is not covered in terms of this offer, the customer will be liable for all costs of repair / replacement.
4.Above mentioned offer is valid for HONOR Magic7 Pro purchased in South Africa only.
5.HONOR’s decisions in respect of the offer related matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into or appeals considered. Where there is a dispute HONOR’S interpretation of these terms will be final.
