Immediate Action Required: Defective Honor Magic 5 Pro and Unacceptable Repair Delay
Dear Sharaf DG Team,HONOR COMPANY:
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I’ve received regarding my Honor Magic 5 Pro, which I purchased for 3500 AED. The phone is still under warranty, and it is utterly unacceptable that I’m being asked to wait 17 days for a repair without being provided a replacement device.
This is an urgent matter, as I rely heavily on my phone for work and personal matters. I cannot be without my device for even one day, let alone over two weeks. For a device of this cost and supposed quality, the situation is completely unacceptable, and your service process is making it worse.
I demand one of the following:
1. **Immediate repair of my device on the same day** – it should be fixed in front of me at the service center.
2. **A replacement phone** while the repair is being completed.
Given the substantial price I paid for this device and the level of inconvenience this is causing, I expect Sharaf DG and Honor to provide a swift resolution without further delay. If I do not receive an adequate response or solution, I will escalate this matter through the appropriate consumer protection channels.
I trust you will address this issue with the urgency it requires. Please confirm how you intend to resolve this issue at your earliest convenience.
