Issue description
After you use the Honor Connect app on an iPhone to connect to an Honor phone, messages received on the iPhone cannot be shared to the Honor phone.
Solution
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue:
- On the iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth > My Devices, find the Honor phone, tap the i icon on the right side, and turn on the Share System Notifications switch.
- On the iPhone, go to Settings > Notifications > Notification Style, tap the app for which you want to sync messages (e.g., WeChat), and go to Show Previews. Ensure that this option is set to Always or When Unlocked. Messages cannot be synced if it is set to Never.
- If messages still cannot be shared, try deleting the Honor phone and scan the connection QR code again for reconnection.
If the issue persists, go to Honor Connect app > More menu in the upper right corner > Help and customer service > Feedback. On this screen, briefly describe the issue, choose to upload logs, and leave your contact information.
