HONOR Service Day will take place on the first weekend (Saturday & Sunday) of each month. If either day coincides with a public holiday or a scheduled closure of the service center, the activities will be rescheduled to the next working day.

Terms and Conditions

1. HONOR Service Day will be held on the first weekend (Saturday & Sunday) of every month at HONOR Authorized Service Centre. In the event that either day coincides with a public holiday or the service center's scheduled closure, the activities will be rescheduled to the next working day.

2. HONOR Service Day is only eligible for walk-in customers with HONOR products that were officially launched and sold by HONOR or its authorized distributor after 30th May 2023.

3. HONOR Service Day is only available to customers in Singapore. If your device was purchased outside Singapore, you will not be eligible to participate in this HONOR Service Day activity. Each device can receive the free service only once per month.

4. All benefits of Service Day such as free cleaning, free software upgrades, and free screen protectors, is only applicable to walk-in customers at HONOR Authorized Service Centers. Software for a particular phone model can only be updated to the latest software version of the model according to the original software release schedule. HONOR is not responsible for any data loss due to software updates. Customers are recommended to back up their data before performing any software update.

5. For out-of-warranty repairs, customers are entitled to free labor charge repair services for HONOR devices on HONOR Service Day. HONOR Service Day only waives the labor charge for repair service. Customers are still required to pay for parts replacement according to the repair quotation. Customers can enter their device’s SN on the Warranty Query page to check if their device is under warranty.

6. If the customer’s device has "Screen Protection" or "Back Cover Protection," this "Free Labor Charge Service" is not applicable.

1. By participating in HONOR Service Day, customers agree to provide consent to HONOR for the use of any personal data provided by the customer for the purpose of participation in HONOR Service Day, in line with the Personal Data Protection laws and regulations. Any personal data provided shall only be processed and used by HONOR for lawful purposes directly related to HONOR Service Day. By providing personal data, customers indicate that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by HONOR’s Privacy Policy.

8. By participating in HONOR Service Day, customers agree to participate and cooperate in all editorial activities related to HONOR Service Day. Customers grant HONOR a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use such footage, photographs, voice, biographical information, and/or statements, at any time, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity, and promotional purposes. Customers will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

9. HONOR Authorized Service Centre, its employees, HONOR’s distributors, dealers, partners, program organizers, their employees, and immediate family members of employees are not allowed to participate in HONOR Service Day.

10. HONOR Service Day promotion is not applicable with other ongoing event promotions.

11. HONOR reserve the right to interpret and amend the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments shall not affect customers who have already participated or are currently receiving services, except where required by applicable law.
