2. We recommend activating your device within 15 days of the purchase date to ensure eligibility for services.

3. All free services will automatically activate within 48 hours of device activation.

4. Please note that for device models Magic8 Pro and all newer models launched thereafter, screen crack and back cover replacement parts remain free under Screen Protection and Back Cover Protection, but a labor fee applies. The labor fee is S$60 for non-foldable devices and S$85 for foldable phones (including applicable taxes). Models released before Magic8 Pro will not incur any labor fee.

HONOR Care Service Terms and Conditions

1. HONOR Care, which includes the Extended Warranty (“Extended Warranty”), Screen Crack Protection (“Screen Crack Protection”), Screen Protection (“Screen Protection”), and Back Cover Protection (“Back Cover Protection”) collectively referred to as the "Service," is provided by HONOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (“HONOR”).

2. As a promotional offering, customers can receive HONOR Care as a free gift when purchasing a brand-new device (applicable models only) through HONOR official channels.

3. To be eligible for the Service, customers must fulfill the following criteria (“Customers”):
(a) Customers must purchase any of the following eligible HONOR product models (“Applicable Model(s)”) from any HONOR authorized platform.
(b) The eligibility for the Service will automatically activate within 48 hours after device activation.

4. Customers must provide valid proof of purchase of the Applicable Model(s) or Eligible Device(s) for verification purposes. Eligibility to redeem the Service is contingent upon the submission of valid proof of purchase and relevant details.

5. Below are the specific terms applicable to the Extended Warranty service:

5.1 The Extended Warranty shall be governed by the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service, as outlined in HONOR's Warranty Policy.

5.2 Customers are advised to visit the HONOR website for any updates or changes to the terms of the Warranty Policy, as these may be revised periodically by the Organizer.

6. Below are the specific terms applicable to the Screen Protection service:

6.1 The Screen Protection covers internal or external cracks, damage, or broken screens caused by accidental collisions, falls, or drops only.

6.2 Screen replacements covered under the Screen Protection service will be free of charge for the spare parts; however, a labor fee applies for devices for HONOR Magic8 Pro and newer models: S$60 for non-foldable devices and S$85 for foldable devices (including taxes). Devices released before Magic8 Pro are exempt from labor fees.

6.3 Additional fees or charges may be imposed for damage to components or parts not covered under this Service, as diagnosed by HONOR's Authorized Service Center. For further details on spare part pricing, please consult the HONOR Spare Parts Price list. If you require any repair assistance, please contact, or visit an HONOR Authorized Service Center.

6.4 Please note that Screen Protection can only be claimed once per device.

6.5 Any damage resulting from and/or caused by any of the incidents below will be excluded from the Screen Protection.
(a) Damage caused by theft, sand, water, corrosion, battery leakage, or commercial usage;
(b) Problems or defects caused by unauthorized modifications or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, operation, or maintenance instructions;
(c) Damage not occurring within the Screen Protection period; and/or
(d) Damage intentionally or deliberately caused by the customer.

7. Below are the specific terms applicable to the Back Cover Protection service:

7.1 The Back Cover Protection covers internal or external cracks, damaged, or broken back covers due to accidental collisions, falls, or drops, applicable to phone devices only.

7.2 Back cover replacements covered under the Back Cover Protection service will be free of charge for the spare parts; however, a labor fee applies for devices for HONOR Magic8 Pro and newer models: S$60 for non-foldable devices and S$85 for foldable devices (including taxes). Devices released before Magic8 Pro are exempt from labor fees.

7.3 Additional fees or charges may be imposed for damage to components or parts not covered under this Service, as diagnosed by HONOR's Authorized Service Center. For further details on spare part pricing, please consult the HONOR Spare Parts Price list. If you require any repair assistance, please contact, or visit an HONOR Authorized Service Center.

7.4 Please note that Back Cover Protection can only be claimed once per device.

7.5 Any damage resulting from and/or caused by any of the incidents below will be excluded from the Back Cover Protection.
(a) Damage caused by theft, sand, water, corrosion, battery leakage, or commercial usage;
(b) Problems or defects caused by unauthorized modifications or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, operation, or maintenance instructions;
(c) Damage not occurring within the Back Cover Protection period; and/or
(d) Damage intentionally or deliberately caused by the customer.

8. Below are the specific terms applicable to the 365-Day Screen Crack Protection service.

8.1 The Service covers one (1) inner screen replacement and one (1) outer screen replacement per eligible device, which will be valid for a period of 365 days from the date of Service activation. For the avoidance of doubt, the Service coverage shall not be construed to cover two (2) inner screen replacements or two (2) outer screen replacements under any circumstances.

8.2 Coverage under this Service applies only to screen damage or cracks caused by accidental drops, collisions, or squeezing during normal use of the device.

8.3 Additional fees or charges may be imposed for damage to components or parts not covered under this Service, as diagnosed by HONOR's Authorized Service Center. For further details on spare part pricing, please consult the HONOR Spare Parts Price list. If you require any repair assistance, please contact, or visit an HONOR Authorized Service Center.

8.4 Any damage resulted and/or caused by any of the incidents below will be excluded from the 365-Day Screen Crack Protection.
(a) Damage or cracks caused by theft, sand, water, corrosion, battery leakage, or commercial usage;
(b) Problems or defects caused by unauthorized modifications or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, operation, or maintenance instructions;
(c) Damage or cracks occurring outside the validity period of the Service; and/or
(d) Damage or cracks intentionally or deliberately caused by the customer.

9. The Service is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the customers successfully replaced the device, the replacement device will inherit the remaining period of the extended warranty purchased.

10. By redeeming the Service, customers agree and provide consent to HONOR to the use of any personal data as provided by the customers for the purposes of the providing of the Service in line with the applicable personal data protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HONOR for lawful purpose directly related to the Service, including but not limited to promotional events, advertising, marketing, and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and provision of the Service by HONOR.

11. By providing their personal data, customers confirm that they had read, understood, and agreed to be bound by HONOR's Privacy Policy. Personal data will be used only for purposes directly related to the administration and provision of the Service, including customer support and service management. Customers further agree that HONOR and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact them by telephone, email, or other methods in connection with the Service.

12. By redeeming the Service, customers agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions hereinafter provided. HONOR's decisions shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HONOR reserves the rights to add, amend, or vary these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.

13. To the fullest extent permissible by laws, customers agree to discharge and release HONOR and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, from any liabilities and claims (including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to the Service.

14. The Service and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
