2. We recommend activating your device within 15 days of the purchase date to ensure eligibility for services.
3. All free services will automatically activate within 48 hours of device activation.
4. Please note that for device models Magic8 Pro and all newer models launched thereafter, screen crack and back cover replacement parts remain free under Screen Protection and Back Cover Protection, but a labor fee applies. The labor fee is S$60 for non-foldable devices and S$85 for foldable phones (including applicable taxes). Models released before Magic8 Pro will not incur any labor fee.
HONOR Care Service Terms and Conditions
1. HONOR Care, which includes the Extended Warranty (“Extended Warranty”), Screen Crack Protection (“Screen Crack Protection”), Screen Protection (“Screen Protection”), and Back Cover Protection (“Back Cover Protection”) collectively referred to as the "Service," is provided by HONOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (“HONOR”).
2. As a promotional offering, customers can receive HONOR Care as a free gift when purchasing a brand-new device (applicable models only) through HONOR official channels.
3. To be eligible for the Service, customers must fulfill the following criteria
(“Customers”):
(a) Customers must purchase any of the following eligible HONOR product models (“Applicable
Model(s)”) from any HONOR authorized platform.
(b) The eligibility for the Service will automatically activate within 48 hours after device
activation.
4. Customers must provide valid proof of purchase of the Applicable Model(s) or Eligible Device(s) for verification purposes. Eligibility to redeem the Service is contingent upon the submission of valid proof of purchase and relevant details.

9. The Service is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the customers successfully replaced the device, the replacement device will inherit the remaining period of the extended warranty purchased.
10. By redeeming the Service, customers agree and provide consent to HONOR to the use of any personal data as provided by the customers for the purposes of the providing of the Service in line with the applicable personal data protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HONOR for lawful purpose directly related to the Service, including but not limited to promotional events, advertising, marketing, and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and provision of the Service by HONOR.
11. By providing their personal data, customers confirm that they had read, understood, and agreed to be bound by HONOR's Privacy Policy. Personal data will be used only for purposes directly related to the administration and provision of the Service, including customer support and service management. Customers further agree that HONOR and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact them by telephone, email, or other methods in connection with the Service.
12. By redeeming the Service, customers agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions hereinafter provided. HONOR's decisions shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HONOR reserves the rights to add, amend, or vary these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
13. To the fullest extent permissible by laws, customers agree to discharge and release HONOR and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, from any liabilities and claims (including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to the Service.
14. The Service and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
