How to check appeal progress?

If you have submitted a request for change your account, security phone number, or security email address, keep your request number (contained in the SMS message sent by the system after the appeal is submitted) properly for further query of the appeal progress.

You can do the following if you are not logged in on your device:

1. Go to the account login page and select Help.

2. Under Help, select Appeal.

3. Select Check appeal status and follow the prompts.

You can do the following if you are currently logged into on your device:

1. Go to Settings> Honor ID > Account center > Account security.

2. Select Security center.

3. Select Appeal.

4. Select Check appeal status and follow the prompts.
