How do I start an appeal on the Honor ID ?

On your phone/tablet:

(1) Not logged in: Go to Settings > Honor ID > Help > Appeal > Begin appeal and follow the prompts. Provide as much information as possible to increase the chance of success.

(2) Already logged in: You can start an appeal in the Security center if you are already logged in. Steps: Go to Account center > Account security > Security center > Appeal and follow the prompts. Provide as much information as possible to increase the chance of success.
