Conditions of Participation
for the “Win Special Offer Voucher Activity”

1. Scope of application

1.1 By taking part in the activity, the participant accepts these conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the Honor Platform Terms of Use (https://agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable Terms of Use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

2.1 The organizer of the activity is Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, Landmark Office Space, 450 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UU (herein: “Organizer”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The activity is open to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) who are resident in the United Kingdom.

3.2 The Organizer’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the activity, are excluded from participation.

3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are not allowed. In case the Organizer hosts several comparable activities, participation for each person will be restricted to only one such activity. Comparable activities are for example, but not limited to, activities which offer rebates, vouchers or coupons for answering questions or taking part in a poll.

4. Participation

4.1 Participation in the activity is free of charges and fees and does not require the purchase of goods and/or services.

4.2 The Win Special Offer Voucher Activity starts on 26th January 2024, 00:01 (GMT). The deadline for entries is 24th February 2024, 23:59 (GMT). Submissions received outside of the entry periods mentioned above will not be considered.

4.3 To take part in the activity, the participant must fill out his/her email address and accept these conditions by checking “I have read and agreed to the Conditions of Participation for the “Win Special Offer Voucher Activity” checkbox on HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/).

4.4 Submissions containing any defamatory, obscene, illegal, or any other unsuitable material will be disqualified and returned by the Organizer.

4.5 The Organizer accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly completed, lost, or delayed entries caused by reasons within the participant's control or for any malfunctions or failures in the software that has been designed to maintain the participant’s details.

4.6 The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant who violates these Conditions of Participation, tampers with the activity , or makes false representations or statements that violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights. If a participant is excluded, vouchers may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

5. Events, Prizes and Benefits

5.1 Win Special Offer Voucher Activity (£300 off) for HONOR Magic V2 5G

a) In the Win Special Offer Voucher Activity, all participants who subscribe to HONOR Newsletters on https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/honor-magic-v2/ from 26th January 2024 to 24th February 2024 shall receive a voucher code for £300 off on an order of HONOR Magic V2 5G placed on HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/) and My HONOR App;

b) The voucher code will be sent by email after successful subscription.

c) In the Win Special Offer Voucher Activity, the vouchers are valid from 26th January 2024 to 24th February 2024.

5.2 The vouchers can only be used for ordering at HONOR UK Online Store (https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/) and My HONOR App .The applicable terms and conditions (https://www.honor.com/uk/terms-of-purchase/) shall apply to purchases.

5.3 HONOR Products are subject to availability and vouchers shall not grant any entitlement to buy HONOR Products. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the vouchers with alternatives , so they may apply to different HONOR Products.

6. Data Protection

By taking part in the activity, participants will provide their personal information which will be processed by the Organizer as data controller and its authorized agents for the purposes of activity administration. In the Win Special Offer Voucher Activity, participants' data will be stored for 2 years from the end of the activity. Participants may exercise rights as established in the Privacy Statement. 7. Miscellaneous

7.1 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this activity, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

7.2 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command, or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

7.3 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the activity are governed by English and Welsh law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. Mandatory laws of the participant’ s resident country explicitly apply.
