365-Day Back Cover Protection Service
Includes one-time back cover replacement in case of accidental breakage or malfunction. (Only a labor fee will be applied).
- This offer and benefits are only applicable to HONOR 400 and HONOR 400 Pro, which are purchased from official sale points in KSA.
- All above services cover hardware failures not caused by human factors. Any damage resulting from external factors, including but not limited to drops, unauthorized disassembly, or water ingress, is excluded from the service.
- Above mentioned service could be claimed once only for HONOR 400 and HONOR 400 Pro devices.
- The service validity period begins from the date of purchase. If the device is sold or transferred to another person, the new owner may enjoy this benefit, but the validity period will remain the same as the original purchase date or activation date.
- To claim above service, the customer shall provide the proof of purchase document (POP) to check the guaranteed service coverability. Failure to provide such POP will result in the device being treated as though it is not covered in terms of this offer, the customer will be liable for all costs of repair/replacement.
