You can participate by visiting an ASC directly or by mailing your device in by HONOR Postal Repair.

Yes, the promotional price listed above covers the cost of the spare part and labor cost.
3. Do the repaired parts come with a warranty?
Yes. To give you peace of mind, all genuine spare parts replaced during this promotion come with an official 90-day warranty starting from the date of collection.
4. Do I need to back up my data before the repair?
Yes, we highly recommend backing up all your personal data (photos, contacts, messages) and restoring your phone to factory settings or enabling Repair Mode before handing it over. We are not responsible for any accidental data loss during the repair process.
5. How long will the repair take?
Walk-in repairs are typically completed within 1 to 2 hours, depending on stock availability and the complexity of the repair. If you prefer to use our complimentary Postal Repair Service, the turnaround time is usually 3 to 5 business days.
