Personal information collected from participants (Personal data filled in the table) will be used by HONOR for the purpose of shipping the HONOR prize, and will not be used for other purposes. HONOR will not sell, share or disclose personal information of applicants with third parties, other than third parties engaged by HONOR to fulfill the above purposes. For the above purpose, we maybe need to transfer your personal data among several countries.

1. What data do we collect about you?
As part of the Huawei Device Co., Ltd. we will collect and use your personal data only for the purposes stated in this notice. Personal data means any information that enables Huawei to identify you as a user.
We collect and process the following data:
- Participant social account info such as social account user name or social account link.
- Participant social info such as full name, email, and the zip code.
- Receiver shipment info such as receiver name, address, zip code, and mobile number.
To provide you with the service, we need to collect your personal information as above.

2. How do we use your data?
Huawei uses your personal data in order to provide you the service you have approved and to fulfill the contractual obligations. This requires us also to process the data only for prize.

3. Where and how long do we store your data?
We store your personal data only in the region that where you applied the contest, and retain the data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes defined in this notice. After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
In the Prize Shipment service, your personal data will be retained for 30 days after you received your prize.

4. Do we share your data?
(1) Transfer outside of you country as global use for shipping you the prize.
(2) Huawei transfers your shipment info data as global use under contract, and acting on behalf of Huawei.
(3) Huawei will not sell, share or disclose personal information of applicants with third parties.

5. International Transfers of Your Personal Data
As a global company, your personal data collected by Huawei may be processed or accessed in the country/region where you use our products and services or in other countries/regions where Huawei or its affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers or business partners have a presence. These jurisdictions may have different data protection laws. In such circumstances, Huawei will take measures to ensure that data is processed as required by this Policy and applicable laws, which includes when transferring the data subject’s personal data from the EU to a country or region which have been acknowledged by the EU commission as having an adequate level of data protection, we may use a variety of legal mechanisms, such as signing standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission, obtaining the consent to the cross-border transfer of a data subject in the EU, or implementing security measures like anonymizing personal data before cross-border data transfer.
